He ran all over to locate a vehicle we had expressed interest in, and made us feel very comfortable when it came time to discuss the particulars of actually going through with a purchase. He arranged a very fair value for our trade, and then steered us to Don in the finance department. Don was just as friendly and helpful as Dennis, and incredibly efficient. He took care of the financing and particulars, and within 5 days we were driving our new Jeep off the lot. Youssef, sales manager, was open for discussion... within reason, but don't tell him that. Both gentlemen were very knowledgeable and helpful.
