Our salesperson, Wasfi, was very helpful, and showed amazing patience as we hemmed and hawed over the smallest details. He was very conscious of our "must-haves" and even managed to find us a van with features we didn't know we would love (at no extra cost)! The turn around time to prepare our vehicle was so quick that we almost didn't have our financing in place, but even then, our business manager, Don Turner, was reassuring and accommodating. I have been driving our new 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT for 5 days now, and I am still so happy with our choice. More

We were fairly certain we wanted a Grand Caravan, but weren't sure whether to get a new or used one. We also needed to look at what options made sense and of course we wanted the best possible price. Dan Feldman greeted us warmly, sitting down with us and discussing our budget and possible vehicles. He listened well and then introduced a couple of choices, taking his time to show us the features of each van and explain options packages. He used clear and user-friendly language, checking to make sure we understood and giving us a chance to try various things out ourselves. We test drove a 2014 Grand Caravan and decided we were interested in one with stow-away seats if possible. Then came the negotiations around price with Dan and Paul, his sales manager. With some tense moments and a few doses of good humour, I think the price we eventually arrived at was likely fair all around. We picked up the van a couple of days later, and received the same high quality service and friendliness. I have no hesitation in recommending Dan and Paul at Dilawri. More
