Wasfi was very honest and patient during my visit. I did not expect I would make a deal with them on the first visit but I did. Everyone on their team was very eager to getting a new customer with their best service and price! I've been to another 2 dealers (one in Ottawa, and the other in Gatineau). No one can even compare the service and attitude I saw at Dilawri, as well as the price. The signing procedure is much easier than I thought. I finished the paper work within 1 hour, and I got a phone call telling me my finance was approved within 5 hours from I signed the purchase offer. The pickup process is also very customer-friendly. I am very happy that I purchased the van from them. I would highly recommend you go to Dilawri to get your new car. Once again, thanks a lot for the great service and experience.
