I went to 3 dodge dealers and they were the only ones who would actually deal with you. When I inquired about the dart, Lara was there to awnser all my questions and she even helped , me get a better deal on the vehicle. She was nice and listened to everything you had to say! You can tell she likes her job more for the fun tham the money! I recommend Lara to all future buyer's. Sincerely a very satisfied customers. More

Wasfi Haroun, the Dilawri sales representative I dealt with, was very courteous, friendly, personable, informative, knowledgeable and accommodating. From the moment I stepped in the door to the time I was handed my keys, all aspects of the transaction were organized and went very smoothly. Paul, the finance agent who handled my file, was also very courteous, friendly, personable, informative, knowledgeable and accommodating. He explained all available options clearly and concisely. Normally, buying a vehicle can be a hassle due to the constant and consistent pressure tactics to upgrade or buy beyond your means. This was not the case here. I told them what I wanted, what I could afford and both worked with me to ensure I reached my goal...a new, affordable vehicle. I was quite surprised that when handed the keys for my new vehicle, everything had gone so well and so quickly. No muss, no fuss, just a sensible, logical exchange between someone who was looking for a new vehicle and a dealership that had skads of them for sale. I would definitely recommend these two individuals and, of course, the dealership they work with. Thanks for a surprisingly pleasant experience. More

Took some back and forth! As per all unpleasant car buying experiences, this particular experience wasn't too bad .. not great, but not bad. It's funny how most dealerships As per all unpleasant car buying experiences, this particular experience wasn't too bad .. not great, but not bad. It's funny how most dealerships are quite fine trying to xxxx you over the price of a new vehicle, however should you try and negotiate something a little less that what they should be selling the car for, you become the unrealistic idiot. Unfortunately, this experience was no different. As per all my car purchases, you need to be prepared to walk out of one dealership and start discussions with a few others.. In my case, I went to 4 .. when all of a sudden, I hit a sweet spot. Shame it took 3 weeks of my time to find this price (would have been a lot easier had a dealerships tried to make an honest sale from the beginning), but I found it. Negotiated the final price with Dan Feldhman over the phone .. this guy was fantastic!!! Can't say the same about the sales manager (Tony), he looked at me 4 ways to Sunday when I suggested an initial price (which was only 3K off the final sale price). I actually had to walk out on Dan (again, my apologies Dan!) when Tony insisted on speaking to me like I was a 3 year old. Really? My low ball was no more ridiculous than you're price at full pop. Typical old school macho sales manager .. it's 2014 brother .. this approach may work on some customer,s but not this one. Anyway, enough about him, more praise for Dan! Again, very pleasant individual to deal with. Sales manager #2 .. Yousself .. pretty much pushed the paperwork through. He was off the day I called and agreed on the final price with Dan. I stated quite clearly (to Dan) that I didn't want to deal with Tony the next day coming to sign the paperwork. So in came Youssef. Seemed like a nice guy, not pushy, no arrogance, .. Finance manager .. Adam .. ok guy, except for when he continuously tried to sell me the life time oil packages and extended warranty. But he's doing his job, I get it. Funny how you have to say no 3 times before you get an honest price (if there is such a thing) for an extended warranty. More

Sounded like a good deal. We went in to look at Caravans but wanted to wait until the fall to buy. Told this to our sales person ( Alan) and he understood and showed us a few m We went in to look at Caravans but wanted to wait until the fall to buy. Told this to our sales person ( Alan) and he understood and showed us a few models. Then the sales manager stepped in said he would give us 1000$ Cash to pay for our first few payments if we bought now. We thought this seemed a little fishy but He admitted he was essentially bribing us to buy now. There was one van ( an sxt) that had what we wanted and they gave us a price that fit into our budget. We thought we were getting a good deal as they kept telling us how much they "took off", and reminding us of the 1000$ paying our first few payments. We ended up buying it. Few days later I was telling a friend about the deal who was also looking for van , she went to another dealership and got the better 30th anniversary edition with all the extras we got for even less then ours! When we went to pick up the van and questioned this we were told that the 1000$ was added to our purchase price as " the money had to come from somewhere". I wish this was explained to us before we agreeded to buy it as we would have just waited. Also was told that we got lifetime free oil changes with the van , but in actual fact in seems like the amount is added on to the rust proofing package as my friends exact same rust proofing package was 700$ less because she did not get the oil changes , as well as her extended warranty being over 400$ less for an even better van!! We should have stuck with our initial plan and waited it out and did more research and compared prices before we bought. We will know next time to not get pressured into things and to make sure all the fine print is explained to us BEFORE we sign anything. On a side note our sales person Alan was very nice and we love our van but just wish things would have been disclosed to us upfront. More
