I`ve purchased perhaps a dozen new vehicles over the years and many more used. My last 3 purchases were from Yousseff and last 2 from Wasfi included. Both our Daughters bought Jeeps and our Son in Law bought a Journey from Dilawris, this should speak volumes for the trust we have in this dealership, and Yousseff and Wasfi. This time I shopped 2 GM dealerships for an Equinox, and 3 Dodge dealerships for the Caravan, Dilawri and Dodge won out. I`m quite happy with the caravan. I`m also familiar with the Service Dept. and this is another reason why I continue to buy from Dilawri Dodge, I have trust with this dept. as well. Both Wasfi and Yousseff do go the extra distance, they both will miss meals, stay late well past closing to help out. They have the vehicles ready when requested. One thing I hate is lengthy drawn out deliveries. With Yousseff and Wasfi, new vehicle deliveries can be as long as you want them to be. There is opportunity to ask questions, Wasfi gave prudent advice on this last purchase wrt breakin period, made sense. Would I buy again Dodge, yes. Would I buy from Wasfi and Yousseff, yes.
