I had my car inspected there and my battery was dead afterwards, they even used jumpstart when I picked up my car, I came back again the whatever manager said you have to pay for the inspection plus labour plus battery, my car was ok before going to your garage and you are responsible until the moment I take away the car key from your hands, now soemthing wrong happened and you said xxxx happens sometimes.... Wow your service, manager Barrie, you must be that patient with lung cancer cuz your reasoning the same thing lol... More

Terrible customer service, nobody answers their phone or returns messages, we got the run-around for two weeks, and every time when someone said they would get back to us, they didn't and I had to follow up. Usually several times before I would get to speak with someone, only to be out off again. Now all I want is my deposit refunded to me before we leave on a vacation and they refuse to do that. Terrible terrible policies, customer service and I will not only never buy from Dilawri I will be actively telling everyone I know not to either. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP More
