Anytime I have walked into the place I can talk to them on a friendly non-automotive environment, they appreciate your business, but also are decent people and enjoy just chatting. Guys like Alan and Tony know that it isn't just about the sale, it's about a positive buying experience overall and creating a relationship - a happy buyer will come back when it's time for another car or truck. Jeep Cherokee From the start we had amazing service. Walked into showroom and was not bothered by every salesperson to get a deal. We were allowed to look around advised to let them know when we wished to speak with a salesperson. (Grade A+ in my books) Lara was very professional and accommodated us throughout the transition. We had to order our new jeep in and Lara remained in contact with us through email and text. By far Lara and the dealership is one of the most classy places we have dealt with. I would encourage everyone in the Ottawa and surrounding area to go here and experience the courtesy and professionalism we did. I had a limited time and was hesitant to move from a GM to a Chrysler product. Chrysler has done their part building a great car. The staff at Dilawri did an excellent job and securing that deal. It took 3 visits in order to get the deal I wanted, but that's all part of playing the game. The negotiating process with Maurice was a fun experience. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient with my negotiating style. Maurice was a perfect combination of fun and business. Car was delivered by Mike Thomas. He was a great help and showed a couple new features of the vehicle. Car was presented very well, in an open space to have a final check and was detailed and cleaned up very well. Only issue was leaving the lot was that I noticed they hadn't done the alignment on the vehicle which was a sale condition. They found a door handle had gone weird so under warranty they will fix the handle and do alignment when it comes in. Overall great experience. Thank to Maurice, Mike, Tony, Paul and Alexi in parts. We were disappointed from one dealership to another until we were referred by someone to Dilawri. There we met Graham Churchill. He was a terrific guy and gave me the best price available that nobody else could beat. We saved over $5000. We have never been so pleased and will return to buy another vehicle in the future. Graham always greeted us with a smile and always had a pleasant attitude and when we asked for a few changes, he did it no questions asked. We will recommend this dealership, especially Graham. On the other hand our finance guy had a quite neutral/cold approach. A lady called to ask if we had good service and I told her the same thing. After that call our finance guy was alot friendlier so lets just say he was having a bad day? There was also the fact that when I sent in documents he wouldn't confirm that he had received them and kind of just left us hanging for a couple days. But these are little complaints and that's why I gave an overall rating of good :) More

He listened carefully to me while I described what I was looking for in a new car. I explained that I felt my leading preference was a Kia Optima. He agreed that he thought that fit my description well. I appreciated that he was willing to show me a product different that what he usually sells, again, because he had listened to exactly what I was looking for. My concern with buying a car is that the salesman will spin numbers to make it all look good while really just confusing me. I never felt that the was the case with Mike. He just dealt with simple numbers and made sure I understood as we went along. He made sure I understood what needed to be done at every step so I would never feel confused or miss a step. When I picked up the car there were a few imperfections which is understandable given how many times cars are moved between the factory and the dealership. He noted them all and worked hard to make sure the car was exactly how I wanted it when I finally drove it off the lot. Mike was a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. I'm sure your experience will be exactly the same. More
