Weird experince. Went to buy two vehicles a Grand Caravan and a truck. We made a deal on a grand Caravan no problem the salesman was great finance was awesome. Then it came time to look at the truck and I couldn't get anyone to do anything. I finally went to another dealership and bought a truck. More

Very unprofessional sales person I came to the dealership hoping to buy the grand caravan which is on promotion !I was honest with my credit rating or my situation so after spending 3 I came to the dealership hoping to buy the grand caravan which is on promotion !I was honest with my credit rating or my situation so after spending 3 hrs in dealership i have to leave them because i need to go to work .So after 5 days or so after many messages no response from the sales Person Charlie Villanueva atleast he could have told me if i got approve or not but he deliverately ignore me.Very bad experience !!!!
