awful, frustrating, sad Posted one bad review and now I'm replacing it for another. Bought my wife a car from the car dealership. She's always wanted the journey. So with some negotiating we finally got her into a 2012 journey. Within 4 days the troubles began. The wrong kms was put onto the inpection sheet which made it odd but they said it was a minor mistake. I should hve trusted my gut then..Then the car would not defog, in fact it would fog up in a matter of seconds driving, I demanded it fixed and although taking the car for about a week they were stumped. After I dealt with it, it was working. On the work order it said "minor problem with abs" 1 days later an recall notice came in. Thank for letting us know. And now, 2 months in, the master brake cylinders seal is gone! How many times must I demand service for a newer vehicle? Enough is enough! Either you guys (derrick) fix this car to full operating status or s#/t will fly!!! More
