Made buying a new vehicle enjoyable We had been dealing with a salesperson from Southtown dodge for roughly 2 weeks through email and phone calls. I had decided through much research online, a Cherokee trail hawk was what we were wanting. An appointment for a test drive was arranged and when we showed up for appointment the salesperson basically walked us 1/2 way to vehicle and said there it is, gave us the key and said take it for a drive. I opened the door to find a completely filthy interior and the fuel light on. After further let downs from the sales person we packed up and drove to Derrick Dodge. From the moment we walked into the dealership we were treated like gold. Moe Badr listened to what we were looking for and found us exactly that. We worked out a fair price and ended up driving the vehicle home that afternoon. Great Job. More

I wanted a used Ford from my local Ford dealership. Plain and simple. I didn't want to have to buy a Ford from a Dodge (or any other) dealership. After comparing prices all over and going back and forth, I ended up realizing Derrick Dodge had the best price out there period. Not only could no other private or dealership deal beat their price, but Esper and Curtis went above and beyond to provide my family with an extended test drive to really get a good feel for our vehicle and without the pressures you may think a larger dealership would put on you to buy. Service was amazing. Pricing was unbeatable. They work with you to get the vehicle you want, for the price you deserve, with no "today only sale price" gimmicks. Highly recommend checking their lot for any make/model new/used and compare off of that before buying. Only qualm is detailing needed some touching up...but I'm pretty OCD about stuff like that. awful, frustrating, sad Posted one bad review and now I'm replacing it for another. Bought my wife a car from the car dealership. She's always wanted the journey. So with some negotiating we finally got her into a 2012 journey. Within 4 days the troubles began. The wrong kms was put onto the inpection sheet which made it odd but they said it was a minor mistake. I should hve trusted my gut then..Then the car would not defog, in fact it would fog up in a matter of seconds driving, I demanded it fixed and although taking the car for about a week they were stumped. After I dealt with it, it was working. On the work order it said "minor problem with abs" 1 days later an recall notice came in. Thank for letting us know. And now, 2 months in, the master brake cylinders seal is gone! How many times must I demand service for a newer vehicle? Enough is enough! Either you guys (derrick) fix this car to full operating status or s#/t will fly!!! More
