Brennan (sales) and Vince/Jerry (finance) provided us with excellent service. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and most helpful! They were in constant contact with us throughout the process and managed to get us financed for the vehicle we wanted despite our not so great credit ratings. This is the second vehicle we purchased from Derrick Dodge (our first was in 2017) - and who knows someday maybe we'll get a 3rd (health and wealth willing). Special thanks to the gentleman (employee name unknown) that cleaned up after our "sick" yorkie - we were so tired from our drive and distracted with the new van that I don't think we properly thanked you on scene ♥ More
Made plans to buy a car off Derrick Dodge through Douglas Nicol. I live 3 and half hours from the dealership . A hour before I got there he called to say they sold the car! I believe the car was sold way before then and Totally cat fished me in the dealership. Then I got low balled on my trade in. Another dealership gave me $5000 more than what these clowns offered. I Also tried to deal with a salesman Navdeep on marketplace a month before this he hardly responded to any of my questions I thought maybe it’s because I’m a woman trying to buy a sports car so I asked my husband to reach out and he answered all my husbands questions in a timely manner. I then refused to buy off him! I also got random messages from him at strange times saying Hey Bro! So unprofessional. I did speak to a manager there named Ryan Mcnish seem very professional and great to talk to maybe he should give some of the sales team some lesson’s!! I will never buy off these salesmen and have a hard time buying off a dealership with such unprofessional salesmen. This dealership definitely made my Car shopping experience very stress full. But I’m happy to say I found a great Hell cat at a different dealership that made my experience very enjoyable!! Keep shopping people there’s more than one dealership around! More
Bought a 2022 highlander from Derrick dodge, not the first time that I am buying from them, and the service many years back was good, so I thought it was the same customer service from years back. First thing that I noticed was they wanted to sell the car for over 40K, and when I asked for $800 to be taken out, they said NO that they wont take out a penny, then I thought dealerships should have some warranty on a 2 years vehicle instead of buying from a private seller with no warranty. They mentioned that they have some warranty on the vehicle. Then I noticed that they did not put the fitness report that they showed to me when I was buying in the file, I asked for it few days later, and it took them over 5 days to get it for me. I have to text and chat with their customer service, and I noticed that the person in charge of the chat has no business helping you if you are not buying a vehicle. I noticed there is passenger airbag staying ON all the time, I contacted them about getting them to check that for me, 6 days later, I am yet to get anyone to get back to me on this issue, and I am now planning to take this in to Toyota, as this is a safety issue. Bottom line is, customer service was good until buying the vehicle, price was Okay, but that is about it. You may be better off buying a used vehicle from a private seller at bargain and have it inspected, than buying from Derrick dodge, since you may end not getting no repair from them within the warranty period. More

They said to my face yes we will get you that warranty. Went for my first oil change to find out my warranty is only good at Dodge Derrick in Edmonton (1800km away from where I live) , did not cover oil changes, and had vivyl seat protection and my vehicle only has material seats. Very disappointed as I was in town for medical reasons when I purchased this vehicle and won’t ever be in Edmonton when it will need whatever warranty work it covers. Never coming back and highly recommended people out of Edmonton not to purchase a vehicle here. More
Bought a dodge ram from the dealership. They won't the wrong cheque amount to give to the bank so I didn't get my other full truck payment from my other truck. I called about that problem and the guy said they never gave the bank the wrong amount and that they overpay. Lots of problems with the truck. Taken it in at least 6 times in like 3 months. Had to go to another dealership to get my heater core fixed. After all of these problems with the truck I asked for their inspection report before they sold it to me after all this and they still haven't given it to me. I told them they sold a lemon just after I got it with 57000km on it and I only put on 10000km when I mentioned it. He said that's a lot of km to put on and that was it. Joke dealership More
I ordered a new Ram ProMaster 3500 December 7, 2022. More than 10 months ago and the dealership has not been able to deliver ?? Production issues, supply chain issues and on and on . They have emailed me a few times offering similar vans with less equipment than the one I ordered and these are thousands of dollars more with less of the extras ?? Why I have asked them and I get the same response that they stated at the start that we cannot give you a definite delivery date yet ?? I should have seen that as a red flag. I am requesting my deposit back and will read the reviews from satisfied customers and go there. No word from the dealership on the delivery status but hey we're almost a full year out and the 2024 vehicles are now being pushed out. Where does that leave my order ?? No answers yet but likely not coming soon. I am not financing the new vehicle ... maybe that's the issue ?? More

I stopped in casually not expecting to actually conduct a sale but in a very professional, friendly, and speedy way, the team presented an offer to help close the deal. I interacted with 3 people - the recptionist, Tyson who very kindly and amicably explained the process to me before connecting me with Stephen - and Stephen who helped me through the process. He even offered to drive me home after concluding the sale. I was selling my vehicle and not in the market for a new vehicle, but when I am, I will certainly be returning here and coming straight back to Stephen. More
Ordered a key fob. Took a week to get delivered to the dealership from red deer. Was quoted $396.26 tax included. When it came in I Waited almost 2 hours for it to get programmed. When it was almost done I was asked if I wanted the key part. I said of course I do it’s part of the fob! Was told it’s an extra $79! Apparently there wasn’t one there so I was asked to come back the next day. Ok fine luckily I was able to since I’m not working and just last week finished cancer treatments. I go in today to get my key. Of course the gentleman at the front who always seems confused couldn’t find it…. Asked if I could come back later as he get someone to pick up another key from another dealership. I said fine. I’ll come back later. I come back later and the key was there and ready. I tried it in my car and it doesn’t work! Got the gentleman to come out to show him. He was like, of well it goes in… yes but it doesn’t work! He told me to come back again tomorrow !!! I don’t even know if your parts department is even open on Saturdays. He walked away like it was no big deal. I am not impressed by this at all! I paid $443.15 and still don’t have a working key. Being told, just come back is ridiculous. I’m not well and thank goodness I don’t work or have small children. This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. More
