Worst Experience Ever!!! It started with the ladies who would answer the phone in the service department, they were rude and abrupt. The service people I dealt when bringing m It started with the ladies who would answer the phone in the service department, they were rude and abrupt. The service people I dealt when bringing my Jeep in were very vague with any information and weren't knowledgeable as to what was going on. Once I got my car back there were false charges on my bill claiming they fixed the issue (a loud squeak) I brought it in for and it was very clear when I got back in my vehicle they in fact had not fixed anything! I returned into the dealership and they came up with bad excuses and lies as to what they thought they had fixed. I will not be returning here ever as this was the worst service I have ever received and was treated like an idiot through the whole process. Worst experience ever! More

We spent the whole day in the city didn’t have much luck with sales people. I was about to throw in the towel and then remember my family telling me about Derrick Dodge. We pulled in and were met by Jing who was so friendly even though I knew she was newer to the business she was very accommodating and helpful, answering my questions and asking her colleagues for help where she was unsure. Jing went above and beyond to make sure that I was in the vehicle that I described I was looking for. Things started out good, they found me a truck at a c In looking at buying a 2019 Ram 3500 Limited diesel, I thought I would give Derrick Dodge a try. Things started out good, they found me a truck at a competitive price. Being a consumer, I shopped their price at other dealers to get myself the best possible truck for the best possible price. When sales manager Tom found that out, he was belligerant, rude, pushy and just downright arrogant. Trying to make me feel like he was doing me a favour by selling me a truck at a higher price than other dealerships. When I called him out on it, he told me the deal no longer exists and that I can shop elsewhere. Will gladly shop elsewhere! Honestly, I wouldnt reccomend even buying a wheelbarrow from Tom at Derrick Dodge, as you will over pay and be left with a headache! More

Unbelievable! Arrogant Sales We are in the market for a decent used truck, purchasing for our son who lives out of town - so we try Derrick, looks like they have a lot if invento We are in the market for a decent used truck, purchasing for our son who lives out of town - so we try Derrick, looks like they have a lot if inventory to choose from. Used car salesman LITERALLY ran alongside our car as we pulled into the lot and parked - was comic funny. We asked, where is the used inventory section but he did not really want us wandering around, thought it better he bring trucks to front for us, only after he gets all our "details - you know, the wishlist". I fell for it, went into the showroom with him, provided the info he asked - off he went to speak with the Sales Manager, review inventory to find us the perfect truck - uh huh. So salesman brings around truck that had DEFINITELY seen much better days, but we are not rude, we looked at it. When I asked about just a couple of the numerous damages that needed repair, his reply was "that will be negotiated when the truck sells" - uh huh. Strange but okay, so how much is this unit - no answer, he refuses to share price. Perhaps my error as I had previously told him (1) a relatively new vehicle was going to be traded in and (2) I had given him a budget. Guess these things impact the “sticker”. Maybe I don't quite understand this used car buying thing but "price" is rather elemental to a purchase and I would like to BELIEVE that "trade in value" has absolutely no impact on sticker price - apparently not the case with Derrick Dodge. Okay, well I asked the salesman to send me the “sticker price” via email so I could pass along to our son. That was Saturday morning. Anyhow, later that day forwarded link to our son so he could have a look-see - naturally the price of this "truck" is shown on the webpage - he is not particularly impressed so I pursue it no further. Now, Tuesday afternoon my phone rings, it’s Derrick’s salesman wanting to know if son had a look-see. Well I asked the salesman, where is my price - you did say you would email to me. He promptly states that “he needs to know how much is owing on the vehicle being used for trade-in before he can quote a price” AND continues to tell me that truck is currently listed on the website for $xx,xxx - in fact quotes me a price that is $1,000 MORE than what is showing on the webpage. Needless to say, I lost ALL interest after hearing that - seriously questioning their business ethics, or lack thereof! After I cooled off I sent a rather snippy 2 line email to Derrick, simply asking about the $1,000 discrepancy. I did receive a call back from one of their management team people, attempting to explain how this could happen - uh huh. Will never return to Derrick Dodge or any of their affiliates, will be discussing this issue with AMVIC and definitely will be sharing this “experience” with everyone I know. Frightening - More
