I have made this purchase solely due to the sales person Justin Briscoe and the dealership Justin listened to what I wanted and certainly met my objective . His effective communication skills were well noticed . He continued to talk to me overall several days and was able to be flexible in adapting to my changes. He was very easy accessible providing me with his cell phone and meeting with me on his day off. I shopped and compared prices and features with four other dealership but Justin was always competitive and a step ahead of every deal that was offered. I felt Justin worked extremely hard to convince me that the features of the truck was outstanding and the price was amazing. I felt that when the deal was being finalized that the dealership worked as a team effectively in completing the sale. This experience was amazing due because I didn't have any intension in buying a new vehicle but I did due to Justin. Thank you Justin for this gift . More

Dropped off my Car and John took care of me with a smile.... He said he would call me in the afternoon with an update. He called me " as he said he would" updated me on my car and made sure I had a smile.... He said he would call me in the afternoon with an update. He called me " as he said he would" updated me on my car and made sure I had a rental for overnight as they would have my car in the garage overnight. When the car was ready he gave me a call and I brought the rental back and I picked up my car. Had a small issue due to the freezing -40 cold outside and both John and his co-worker and mechanic looked over my car and I was on the road in minutes. Everybody was nice and curteous. Even when I was in the lobby everybody had a smile. Thank you so much. More

Our Impala was having engine problems, running rough with difficulty starting. Persistently cold weather (often minus 23 c) and lots of snow lately - the dash indicated the engine was overheated even though difficulty starting. Dave was very friendly but honest - he told us there were 120 cars ahead of us on Wednesday when we brouht in the car. We told him we absolutley needed the car by Friday due to some commitments. He said no promises but they would try their best. They found and resolved the problem (failed temperature sensor) by 10 am Friday - absolutely perfect - and the car is running better than before the problem started - yay ! Straightforward, honest, friendly and effectve are words that come to mind for our first experiense with this dealership and Dave in particular. More
Brought my car into Crosstown on Friday, January 24 as I could smell some burning under the hood when driving. David Limoges was my service advisor at that time. I informed him of my problem and he arranged a shuttle for me to get to work on time.. He called later in the day to advise that the mechanic had discovered the problem but he told me that it would be a lengthy job and they would not have time to complete it on that day. He asked if I would mind returning the car on Monday morning as this was a Friday and he realized that I needed my car for the weekend. I was a little concerned about the burning smell and he assured me that it was safe to drive and not to worry. Made me feel reassured about driving it this way. I returned early Monday morning to drop off my car and was again shuttled to work on time! Later that day David called me at work to advise that he had some bad news and that the part they ordered for me was missing some pieces to complete the job and therefore my car would be there for a couple of days. I told him that I travel to work 27 kilometers one way everyday and that I needed my car. He told me not to worry that he would get me a rental, which he did. I was really happy, as it is hard to arrange transportation for that distance everyday. I returned on Wednesday to pick up my car and found it inside the drop off garage, looking like a brand new car! David had it cleaned for me inside and out as a complimentary token for having to wait 3 days for my car. Even though he did get me a rental! I was so happy to see my car fixed and also shinning (especially with the winter weather we've been getting) my car is white and was really dirty when I brought it in. He gave me my keys and I thanked him and drove home with my very clean car :). When I arrived home, there was a message on my answering machine from David to return his call. I did and he advised me that he also had in his hand a Complimentary Oil Change for my next visit!! I was so impressed with the service I received at Crosstown that I will always return their and recommend to all my family and friends to go there for their service. I want to thank David and the rest of the crew at Crosstown for making me feel special!! PS: My husband and I have always had very friendly efficient service in all our visits to Crosstown. Everytime i go to Crosstown i have always had excellent service. There are never any hidden fees or additional fees with services that i have experienced at other dealerships.
