Other dealerships either ignored my request, dragged me along for days, and/or came back with quotes far above Shari's. Drove from Barrie to Sudbury (3 hours) to meet with Shari and test drive my truck while Shari had my car appraised. Brought my 2013 Sierra in for a problem with the 4-wheel drive. Service department were very polite and informative, gave me a rental due to the truck being in the shop for so long.
