My Wife and I just recently purchased a Chev. Cruze LS. The price was great and affordable with all the extra features compared to other dealers. The customer service was the best we have ever received above all other dealerships. As soon as we pulled on the lot and stepped out to look at the car we were interested in out came Daniela Flores. She introduced herself and we began asking questions. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and answered all of our questions. Daniela is a Sales Specialist that we will not forget and is someone we will most definatley go back to see when we want to make another purchase and is someone that we will highly recommend. After we test drove the car and decided it was the one, we were introduced to Kristen Pollesel (another amazing lady) Financial Services Manager. Kristen was very friendly and patient with us and our phone calls back and forth. She did everything she could to help us out. Our overall experience was amazing, both Daniella and Kristen's quality of work went above and beyond our expectations. Both my Wife and I would highly recommend Crosstown on Falconbridge Rd. to everyone! More

My husband and i went it to look at your dealership once again because we like the service that my son got last year when him and i went in to look at vehicles and the sales person were really nice to deal again because we like the service that my son got last year when him and i went in to look at vehicles and the sales person were really nice to deal with.We just started to browse at some of the vehicle there and a sales person dealing with a customer came out and asked us if we wanted help and we said that we were looking at some vehicles that we are interested to look at. Next thing here comes Daniela our sale person to help us get an idea of what vehicle to buy. Within a matter of minutes we had decided on an suv vehicle. We chose the chev equinox to test drive and once Daniela had the dealership plates on we were on our way to test drive this new vehicle, not long in the drive that my husband was convinced that was the vehicle he wanted for where we lived so we went back to the dealership and see what can be done. Once inside the same service was provided again they greated us with a smile and asked us how we liked the vehicle and told them that was the one for us. Then we went to Omer and started the paper work and within a few days we had our vehicle at home and the service was exceptional i would definetly recommend my family and friends to go to this dealership and deal for a vehicle they won't regret going there, and i want to take this time to thank everyone that worked with my husband and i for the great service rendered, all i can say is keep up the good work and your business will trive with success. Thank You Crosstown Chevrolet for your service.And to you Daniela keep up the great work you are doing and you will go a long way in this career, i would be happy to work along side of you on another vehicle one day when we decide to trade in you are remarkable lady. I just recently purchased my second car vehical from cross town and they continue to amaze me with their customer service and the ability to go the extra mile. After my first car was involved in an acce cross town and they continue to amaze me with their customer service and the ability to go the extra mile. After my first car was involved in an accedent I went looking into a new vehical. After the great service I was given the first time they were my logical choice but I did shop around. Being a male in my 20's I know first hand that most dealers paid little to no attention to me. At crosstown I was welcomed in and made to feel at home. James Goudreault realy went out of his way to answer any questions I had as well as made me feel very comfortable. Amazing sales person and amazing staff from front to back. They have a customer for life. More

In particular Gwen Turcotte in sale has been in my opinion the best there is and a real professional sales person. No muss, no fuss, no bother. You tell her what you need and you have it. I was having problems with my car running extremely rough. Drove into Crosstown with out an appointment and was greeted as if I was their only customer.
