I looooove my new (used) car!! I was very impressed with my entire experience with Justen and Crosstown Chevrolet. I initially missed out on a Buick Lucern as it was sold by the ti I was very impressed with my entire experience with Justen and Crosstown Chevrolet. I initially missed out on a Buick Lucern as it was sold by the time I went to testdrive it. The next time I contacted Crosstown, I was introduced to Justen and we testdrove a new Cadillac which was thrilling but not what I was looking for. Justen obviously paid close attention to my thoughts on what I was looking for that day, because he soon called my home phone and left a message, stating that he had a car coming in, as a trade, and that he thought I would be interested in. He was right. It was another Buick Lucern with very low mileage, mint condition and a single owner/no accidents. I returned to Crosstown, the morning that the car came in. It wasn't even detailed yet but you would hardly know it...it was so clean. I wasn't 5 minutes into the testdrive and I said to myself "sold"! Justen was right. He knew it was exactly what I was looking for and called me even before the car was received as a trade-in. Thank-you, Justen!
