I looooove my new (used) car!! I was very impressed with my entire experience with Justen and Crosstown Chevrolet. I initially missed out on a Buick Lucern as it was sold by the ti I was very impressed with my entire experience with Justen and Crosstown Chevrolet. I initially missed out on a Buick Lucern as it was sold by the time I went to testdrive it. The next time I contacted Crosstown, I was introduced to Justen and we testdrove a new Cadillac which was thrilling but not what I was looking for. Justen obviously paid close attention to my thoughts on what I was looking for that day, because he soon called my home phone and left a message, stating that he had a car coming in, as a trade, and that he thought I would be interested in. He was right. It was another Buick Lucern with very low mileage, mint condition and a single owner/no accidents. I returned to Crosstown, the morning that the car came in. It wasn't even detailed yet but you would hardly know it...it was so clean. I wasn't 5 minutes into the testdrive and I said to myself "sold"! Justen was right. He knew it was exactly what I was looking for and called me even before the car was received as a trade-in. Thank-you, Justen! Best Purchase Experience Spent a week going from dealer to dealer looking to purchase a new 2014 GMC Sierra Denali 2500HD truck with the Duramax Diesel. Emailed some and visited others Shari at Crosstown Chev in Sudbury responded to my inquiry within an hour or so with a few questions and then provided a written quote for the truck and trade by the end of the same day. Other dealerships either ignored my request, dragged me along for days, and/or came back with quotes far above Shari's. Drove from Barrie to Sudbury (3 hours) to meet with Shari and test drive my truck while Shari had my car appraised. Not only did she get me substantially more than the original quote for my trade but also searched for more credits that I would qualify for. I have been bragging to everyone I meet about Shari and Crosstown Chev in Sudbury and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in Ontario. They gave me an EXCELLENT deal on both my truck and trade and Shari and her manager Don even went to bat with GM on my behalf to help ensure I got every discount available to me! I couldn't arrive to pick up my truck until almost closing because of the distance but Shari stayed late and still took the time to give us a tour of our new truck and help us set up everything up before we left to drive home.
