DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICAL TO COCRANE TOYOTA FOR SERVICE!! have had about 30 business dealings with Cochrane Toyota, including the purchase of a new vehicle, of witch at least 5 have ended in very disappointi have had about 30 business dealings with Cochrane Toyota, including the purchase of a new vehicle, of witch at least 5 have ended in very disappointing results. One example was with service. I had the dealership install a new drivers side window after my truck was broken into. The new window works fine, but when I closed the door you could hear the sound of broken glass inside the door moving about. I mentioned this to the service manager, and his reply was "your expectations are too high" DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO COCRANE TOYOTA FOR SERVICE. Stay tuned for more similar stories. More
