Awful Came for rust check device..from Mississauga..Told wait was 1hr30mins. Came back to a charge for oil change and no complimentary wash. Customer service was ridiculously awful. Our sales person when we bought the car was amazing.. but the ppl in the service shop were no where near acceptable. Sucks we have to come back every so often to get our device checked.. but other services will be done in Mississauga from now on. More

I would not go to anyone else if I had to purchase another Honda due to how pleased I am with the service during this entire experience. They all appear to be very knowledgeable and I am very surprised by the level of service they give at this Classic Honda dealership. I appreciate how simple it was for me to purchase a new vehicle and how I left feeling that I got a great deal. More
Disgusted and disappointed sales dealer@used car department Couple of reasons below: was looking for between $5500-$7500 and got $8500 Anthony was SALESMAN he pushed me for this priced car instead of other Couple of reasons below: was looking for between $5500-$7500 and got $8500 Anthony was SALESMAN he pushed me for this priced car instead of other similar car that could have it after service in cheaper price around $6500....there was 167,000 kms. originally and gave me 168,000 kms. on papers to me...how redicules, cheap and miserable..!!! BIG CHEATER NOT TRUSTWORTHY AT ALL also, he gave me all bad tires that i had horrible experience in winter/snow(my car turned 360 degrees both sides-took right and left both sides big rounds-made donut) He took of down payment of $1000 immidiately regardless was that old car or new or their company policy. After sometimes of buying, i realized that car had some severe problems like,loose suspension transmission was shaking after on speed of 60 kms, a/c.'s one of the blower giving hot air, window glass's was not tight, oil was dripping from under engine and i had to spend over $100 outside to fix it, and now starter is not working from last couple of days...!!! AFTERALL, I asked for service because of above problems he again pushed me for expensive even double the priced cars that i could be go in bankrupt such as civic brand new models starting from $12000 and $15000 and above instead giving me repaired in their service center. GOT TOTALLY CHEATED AND I HAD TRUST 100% ON THEM INSTEAD....!!! More

Service and bought my car here Bought my 05 accord at classic Honda brand new, at first they fixed my problems for being under warranty for time, 5 years after the service quality j Bought my 05 accord at classic Honda brand new, at first they fixed my problems for being under warranty for time, 5 years after the service quality just dropped and keep getting worst after 2010 till now, last year 2016 June they did the worst oil change services on my accord and I use to be mechanic so I do my own major work and know they sloppy crap service I got they keep dirtying the body and interior with oil stains and scratching my engine trying to open the oil cap with screw drivers, I delt with the service manager a few times which was no help just a complete wast of time and even the service advisors who don't return my calls... reported this to Honda Canada and nothing was done. I have now going to different deals and do my own oil changes. Big FU to classic Honda More

He explained all the new options provided and the safety features which makes driving a Honda CRV one of the best SUV in the market for 2017. I was impressed with the professional way of handling the customer and I was given delivery of the vehicle for the colour of my choice within a week. I will surely recommend the dealership and Balli to my friends and family in the future. More
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & EXPERIENCE Brought my car into the service for a constant noise and I was denied of making an appointment in person. Went home to make an appointment and they sa Brought my car into the service for a constant noise and I was denied of making an appointment in person. Went home to make an appointment and they said that the Service Manager will call me. I found it ridiculous that I could not simply make an appointment. Went back to the dealership service center and after a while I finally got to make an appointment, In between from the time I made the appointment to the appointment date, I skidded, but the noise was still there prior to the skid. They diagnosed my car with a broken wheel barring and said that was the cause of the noise. I knew that the noise happened before the skid, so the wheel barring was defective due to wear and tear initially and not the skid; the skid made the worn out barring worse (broke it). Now I cannot prove to them it was due to wear and tear. My extensive plan would have covered for the wheel barring under normal circumstances, but since this happened, I won`t be covered under the warranty. I feel unjust that I had to pay for this amount when it should have been covered by my warranty. I told service and the finance manager about my situation and they said that they could not accommodate for me. When I tried to pursue it further by asking them questions on how I could resolve this, they were rude about it and sent me off. After wanting to speak to the service manager, the service staff told me he was not in and will come back the next day. The next day I came in to speak to the service manager and the service staff told me he was out for lunch, so I waited 30 minutes and again I have asked if he was back, but they told me again that he just stepped out for lunch. I found it absurd that they have told me two different things. I went home and called him, but no one picked up so I left a voice message. He did not respond to my message and I had to call again, yet no one answered. Overall, poor and rude service from Classic Honda. I advise people who want to purchase their car or get their car service here to not go to this dealership because they will NOT help you. More
