Service and parts I went to classic Honda today ... reaso for me going there is because I needed a new key for my car since my old key was damaged! The two people I dealt with a male and female and the service desk were beyond rude and VERY unprofessional! I believe the girls name was hailey and the guy I didn't see a name on him. I was beyond disgusted with the lack of customer service I was given today especially form a reputable dealer. I left very angry and had my husband call again. He spoke to a gentleman in parts by the name of Mario. I went right in and he knew exactly what I was talking about and helped me out right away! I am beyond happy with the service provided from Mario and he was the only one in there that was able to help me today. More people that work there need to have the same customer service as MARIO did More
