HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP PROCEED WITH CAUTION Experience started okay, got approved for a car, decided I didn’t want to go through with it and when I asked for my money that I put down on the car, they REFU started okay, got approved for a car, decided I didn’t want to go through with it and when I asked for my money that I put down on the car, they REFUSED. Called them a million times, they never gave me a direct answer regarding a refund. The lady on the phone ADMITTED “they (the car salesman) will beat around the bush.” regarding giving me an answer for the refund. Even she knew her co workers are untrustworthy liars. Spoke to a manager Ben that said he would get back to me in “10 minutes”. Never contacted me at all. Spoke directly to my salesman Norman Mishra and he decided to speak over me on the phone and say “my managers are giving me xxxx all because of you. Because you didn’t go through with that car.” talked over me the entire phone call, did not allow me to speak just complained. You guys should really be ashamed. Shaming and blaming a customer because they changed their mind and attempting to make them feel guilty that the managers are now angry at them as if that has anything to do with me. Going forward you should probably speak to him and let him know not to blame customers. Norman will pretend to be your best friend until the deal doesn’t work out. Overall disingenuous, unprofessional dealership that do not care for your well being. More

This is the second time now within 4 years that I have purchased a Certified Used Honda from this dealership. This dealership I find the sales associate staff one of the best which is the biggest reason purchased a Certified Used Honda from this dealership. This dealership I find the sales associate staff one of the best which is the biggest reason why I purchased a second Honda vehicle. Sunil Pillai the sales associate has come through both times. I would consider myself a very tough customer with high demands and both times now the demands have been met. Sunil makes purchasing a vehicle easy and in general all of the staff are great to deal with. From sales to service. This dealership is not the closest dealership to me but it is worth the drive. I have been testing other dealerships that are closest to our house and none can come close the sales and service. If nothing changes I will come back again for a third, forth, fifth, etc vehicle.
