Worst experience ever . I booked my Honda civic back in September 2022 Got told that it’s gonna be there in February 2023 . again told multiple times the wait time is exten I booked my Honda civic back in September 2022 Got told that it’s gonna be there in February 2023 . again told multiple times the wait time is extended because of chip shortage and supply chain issues and the car will arrive in June , when I called last week I was told that Honda is not manufacturing car anymore and was told to get the deposit back . I went to th e dealership told that I don’t want the deposit back I am willing to wait . sales rep and manager on-site pushed me to cancel my deposit . After I denied to cancel they told me that they are going to cancel the order without my consent and they are going to reverse the money back to my card . There is no transparency . I regret my decision visiting classic Honda and I hope this review helps others . More

No doubt, this is one of the least rated dealership in GTA. I gave $1000 deposit for Honda CRV in May 2022 and I haven’t received my car yet. They received my car in November and gave it to another custom GTA. I gave $1000 deposit for Honda CRV in May 2022 and I haven’t received my car yet. Last week when I went to talk to manager, he told me that they are only getting car with +300$ paint charges and asked us to change color if I want to get car in January I agree to change the color of car and they gave me delivery date of end of January. Today I got a call that they will give me car in February because they need to “PRIORITISE CUSTOMERS WITH TRADE IN VEHICLE“ This is one of the worst experience from a dealership. They are only thinking about profit and not understanding what is the point of booking vehicle early. The manager and sales persons are terrible at this place. More

Live in Thunder Bay and bought a used Ford F-150 over the phone. Deal was done, bill of sale signed, certified check, booked flights and hotel to go pick it up and 2 days before leaving got a call from them stating that the truck that was supposedly in mint condition didn't pass safety and the deal was off. Funny that same day the truck went back up on autotrader. Now not only the salesman Sony, but his Manager are ghosting us and we can't get any answers from them. I bought used car from Classic Honda Brampton and continuously spending significant money to keep this car run. I have already replaced battery, brakes, routers, bearings and starter and still its b continuously spending significant money to keep this car run. I have already replaced battery, brakes, routers, bearings and starter and still its back view camera and remote starter are not working. This car is maintained by Honda Dealer and all oil changes are done by the dealer on time. I noticed few weeks ago that its engine also burns oil. When I talked to the dealer, their response was not polite. The dealer refused to take any responsibility by saying that the car was sold by Classic Honda and we belong to Performance Group. More
Poor customer service! I bought my first Honda (2000 Honda accord) from this dealership back in 2000 and bought my 2nd Honda from this dealership (2007 Honda Pilot) in 2007 I bought my first Honda (2000 Honda accord) from this dealership back in 2000 and bought my 2nd Honda from this dealership (2007 Honda Pilot) in 2007. Even back then, the customer service wasn’t that great, but I always seemed to get a decent deal from them, so I forgave this shortcoming..: until now.. when I went there to look for a new Crv for my wife, no one even acknowledged me when I walked in. I waited 5 minutes for someone to approach me, but all the salesman were just sitting at their desk twiddling their thumbs or playing with their phones, knowing full well that I was there. Multiple times, employees there just kept walking behind me and not even acknowledging me or even saying hello, not even realizing that they have a potential buyer in their store. After not receiving any attention, I went to the receptionist to ask for a salesperson… one of them told me to hold on, saw her pick up the phone and speak to someone, then hang up… 20 minutes later, and still no one talking to me or approaching me….horrible customer service… one has to wonder how this dealership has stayed in business if they treat their customers this way…. Never again going to this unfriendly dealership… More
