I booked my honda 2022 accord on may 18th 2022 with a waiting period of 3 to 4 months. Since it has been 3 and a half month already, I contacted the dealership to know the delivery date and the whereabou waiting period of 3 to 4 months. Since it has been 3 and a half month already, I contacted the dealership to know the delivery date and the whereabouts of my car and was asked to come in. I went in and met my salesperson Gurpreet Manocha. He said “ ha ha ha, there is bad news!” That honda has stopped the production of 2022 accord. How come it stopped about 15 days before I was supposed to get it. As per my understanding, a car can not be manufactured, tested and delivered all in 15 days. The only options Gurpreet provided me was to go for CRV or to book for 2023 accord with higher interest rate of what I was promised for my previous car which increases my payment per month by $90 and wait for 5 more months. There is something definitely shady going on. “ DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS”. I am going to take it forward with OMVIC. More
BAD BAD AND VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I just purchase my 3rd car and had the worst experience at this dealership. From day one of my appointment to see the sales person who made and appointment and didn my 3rd car and had the worst experience at this dealership. From day one of my appointment to see the sales person who made and appointment and didn't show up to work and didn't even bother to inform me to all the way at till end I had bad experiences one after another. When I brought this to the Manager's attention he wasn't very helpful either. His question was "what do you want me to do? want me to fire the sales person and other staff?" I mean really? is that how to deal with problems? The sales person, sales manager, the 2nd manager and the delivery manager one after another gave me the worst service. Every time i brought the problem to someone's attention they just apologized. I asked them to not to wash the car as I was getting ceramic coating. I had them deliver the car to my house for my daughter's birthday. I asked if they can put some balloons they said yes they will do something nice for my daughter and put a red bow and some balloons. There was a lot of dust on the car and I asked make sure its cleaned upon delivery. Both Sales person and delivery person said yes they will use the Micro Fiber cloth and clean the dust before delivery. Today when I got the car, just one bow made of paper, no balloons, car full of dust all over and a scratch. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE. I came to know last year when I checked my paperwork that it was charged at 2.4%. I also paid for all accessories and the back seat support was missing! I had to drive from Scarborough to Brampton 2 times to resolve this problem. They gave me a free oil change verbally and upon reaching there they refused. The interesting thing is none of the 5 managers wanted to talk to the customer and at last the floor manager spoke to me after an hour and a half only to tell me that it was the salesperson’s fault and they have these complaints coming in every day. The question is what are managers doing knowing that these complaints are coming in regularly. What is the customer’s fault… trusting you guys? Please don’t rely on them and have everything checked by yourself! I am not happy with my experience at Classic Honda!!!! Just wanted to mention one more thing that Shaheena Singh at service department was polite and professional. I have no complaints about service department! I paid and they did there work professionally! More
I went to Classic Honda to see what cars were available and I was greeted by Mr. Krish Nayak. He was very professional and polite in his approach; which made me feel as a valued customer. He answered al and I was greeted by Mr. Krish Nayak. He was very professional and polite in his approach; which made me feel as a valued customer. He answered all of my questions and because I did not feel pressured, I walked out out as a proud owner of my first Honda CR-V. Thank you Krish!!! More
I went classic honda to book a crv sport, everything was done but next day they called and said honda stop taking orders for sport model. Sale person vivek and manager balli both was like I have signed my life to them. They said that take a deal or wait for big bills. Car was to arrive yet. They are worst person i ever met in my life. This is the most ridiculous dealership of Honda. I had service appointment @ 8.45 on Saturday, June/11/2022. I checked in @ 8.35 a.m. I was told an hour to hour and half service time. I waited for I had service appointment @ 8.45 on Saturday, June/11/2022. I checked in @ 8.35 a.m. I was told an hour to hour and half service time. I waited for Two and hours and still car not ready. When I insisted to know how long it may take, they had no idea. I asked to see the service manager, who I find most incompetent person for the post. Eventually, I asked them to return my car without servicing. They gave back the key and I found my car parked on the back road. I was shocked that even after wasting my Three hours my vehicle was still not in the workshop. They had not even started working on it.
