When I asked for a REFUND I was told that "IT DOESN'T WORK LIKE THAT" and asked me to send an request email to the sales guy and they will try to see what they can do!!!!!!!!!!!!!....ITS MY MONEY and I have not moved an inch and asked I would need the money right now and no way I am going to do all that, then they said to handwrite a letter! and then they refunded my money!...BEWARE OF THIS SHOW ROOM!!!! Cheaters - Dont give them a penny go anywhere else Went to buy a Honda Civic 2016. They made me put a $1000 deposit before the credit app was done, taken by card that very moment. I was told the money would be refunded when the car is delivered or if the financing doesnt go through. I told the salesguy and finance manager I cannot put a down payment and they said it was okay, the application would be cancelled. Next morning I get a call that Financing requires a down payment of just over $4000. I told them I cannot do that so I will come to get my refund. Finance manager replies "okay your salesperson will arrange this for you". When I get there after 6, as I finish work at 6, I was told that accounting closes at 4. I told them I can come on Saturday so the sales person/manager Mo (Mohammed) says yeh thats fine. Then on Saturday they say we can sell you Demo CRV with out downpayment. Then I find out that the demo CRV has a 20000 kilometer mileage on it and I tell them that is not a demo car it's a used car. Still I said I need to look at the car to make up my mind. Mo says please come on Monday. I turn up at the dealership on Monday spending money on Uber and then I'm told that the car has not been arranged because it is it the owners place. I was upset about the car not being there so another manager Indy turns up , and says that I don't know why MO didn't tell you but he could have sent the car at your place for viewing. I will send it to you tomorrow. The next day the car still doesn't come because it has not been washed and that is what I'm told. Finally I get to see the car the day after that and I find that the car is chipped and scratched in places. I refused to buy the car. Now because I'm not buying that crappy car that they were trying to force me to buy, so now they are harassing me. The refund that seemed so easy in the beginning all of a sudden is turning into a nightmare. MO tells me to send an email to the sales guy Emilio asking for a refund. Now Emilio is not responding to my text so I send an email to Indy the manager asking for a refund. He doesn't reply to my email so I go to the dealership and they tell me that it's a long process which involves the board to make a decision which can take weeks. Then Indy tells me I need to write a letter not just an email, what I say why wasn't I told this earlier. Now they're just changing this statement to harass me so they don't have to give me the money and making it sound like it's some complicated policy of the dealership. I have a simple question it's my money which was deposited for the car and if the car was not sold then why is my money not being given back? What is there to decide about? it's my money but then again they're harassing a newcomer to the country thinking that he is naive and doesn't know the system. Just because I am not buying a car from them doesn't give them the right to harass me. I have already spent so much time effort and money traveling to and from their dealership just to buy that car which eventually they couldn't sell to me and now I don't want to buy from them at all. As a matter of fact when I visited the dealership today the staff was not just uncooperative but was rude to the extent of being abusive. More

Its to bad because the sales and service team are really good but management won't allow them to fix the issues. They always tell you buy Honda Certified, well all this does is tell you is they certified a piece of xxxx with there name on it! More

The 2009 Odessy has not met the quality standards I have enjoyed with the other five Honda/Acura vehicles I have owned, or had leased for me. Bought a $1,600.00 HONDA PLUS extended warranty. I tried taking the Van back at the end of October for the same, repetitive problem, which had been covered before. This time, the Service Tech tells me my warranty had expired in August 2016. I spoke with Michelle on October 31, 2016, who informed me the date from when my extended warranty coverage began, was on the day the van was purchased from the original owner. Therefore, their position is my extended warranty expired on August 2016. I asked her, where does it say that on any of the documents from the sale? How would I have known that? She couldn’t answer. xxx!! I called Honda Canada and as usual, they were completely useless. The last Honda Rep, gave me an email to copy them on, when I send my email to Classic Honda owners. What a scam. But, who us worse? It is a tie, they both suck! More
