You sold we a 2019 Rav4 a few months ago. The lift gate is now not working on the vehicle. I have checked Dr. Google and nothing has worked. I have called your Service Department and they said it would cost $188 per hour to diagnosis what is wrong with it. This is a known problem. It is all over the internet that their are liftgate problems with the Rav4. Why wasn't I told about this little problem before you sold me this vehicle? You guys are such a rip off artists!! More
