We had a great experience visiting Charlesglen Toyota dealership. From our initial visit they were very accommodating even received a small gift for my daughter. His breakdown of the pros and cons was incredibly helpful in making our decision, especially since this was such a significant purchase for us. He was considerate with what we were looking for. The 2015 Nissan Pathfinder I purchased had many problems. Yes they fixed it but it was a HUGE inconvenience. I had to negotiate and advocate for parts availability. We had to bring it back three times. Finally the service manager rode with my wife and identified the knocking. The emergency break is now broken and needs replacement after six months.Do not give this dealer your buisness. More

Buying a new car is a big decision and can be somewhat stressful. I had a terrible experience with Charlsglen Toyota. We signed a deal agreeing to basic model of RAV 4 XLE Hybrid back in Oct 2024 for 45 K$ and they cll and booked an appointment that the car is ready We signed a deal agreeing to basic model of RAV 4 XLE Hybrid back in Oct 2024 for 45 K$ and they cll and booked an appointment that the car is ready to pick up with price adjust to 2025 for 46K$. , but they completely disrespected our agreement. After everything was finalized, Alex the financial Manager demanded an extra $3,000 to "hold" the deal, with a vague promise to return it in 6 months if I didn’t sell my car. This was never part of our original agreement, and it felt like a shady bait-and-switch tactic. A signed deal should be honored—not manipulated for extra profit. The lack of integrity and respect for customers is appalling. I would not recommend Charlsglen Toyota and specially " Loren Shire" a dishonest sales person to anyone. If they’re willing to go back on their word after a deal is signed, you can’t trust them to treat you fairly. Save yourself the hassle and take your business elsewhere. More

They provided an assessment indicating that everything was good, but the car had engine prob I bought a car from them and asked them to inspect it. I returned less than a week later to explain the issue, and they did not acknowledge that the assessment was poorly conducted. I will never buy a car from them again. It was the worst experience that I have ever had. More
