BEWARE of TONY DRAGONE Tony is not only rude and unprofessional, but his lack of communication skills takes the cake. Went to Castle to discuss matters with my brand new 20 Tony is not only rude and unprofessional, but his lack of communication skills takes the cake. Went to Castle to discuss matters with my brand new 2016 vehicle only to meet a grumpy service representative by the name of Tony Dragone. When I arrived, he was talking down to his peers in Service. Tony then approached me in an unruly manner, nothing about his demeanour is friendly. Tony didn't care about my concerns, he doubted what I was saying. Tony also had difficulty comprehending what I was saying, he got flustered, showed aggression and made personal attacks to me and tried to pond me off to someone else. Problem solving and Customer Service isn't, Tony's strengths rather his weakness. On a pleasant note!! A BIG Thank You to Rajean Johnson another service representative at Castle for being professional and de escalating the issue. Tony needs anger mangement he is not only unpleasant but does not fit in well with the friendly, welcoming staff at Castle!! He is the black sheep at Castle and it clearly shows!! Here is what i like about my experience with Freddie ( i didn't work with anyone else so i can't really say) 1.He is a very easy to work with. I didn't have to waste my time on visiting the dealership and playing their games. Most of my communication with him was over emails, text messages and few phone calls. 2. I got a great deal on new CRV and although it is a bit far from where i live it was totally worth the trip. 3.All my friends who i sent to him were treated the same way as i was - with honesty and respect. Bad experience I went to this dealership with my family on Saturday @ 12:30 pm and standing for 15 minutes but no one serve us. We finalized Honda CRV and when they ( chieese guy sitting in cabine) ask me sign lease papers while checking I asked him you did not include lease guard then sales person Mahesh (mike) says he agreed with Mr. Yaseer (sales manager)about it but Yaseer refused and they told me I have to pay extra money if I want the car so I cancelled the deal. No one apologize for this and I was so disappointed . More

This dealership treats you well without taking advantage of you. I know because I did extensive research and comparison before we decided on the car and the dealership. This place is far from where I live but I will only buy from them and have recommended them to all the people Also this is the fist purchase where we had a thorough explanation (Ray is the very patient salesperson). Bonus - they have one of the best burgers (free on Sat during the warm months). They also have donuts. They treat their customers well. I also heard from a friend that their service is good and not overpriced (several friends own several HOnda and we all went to Formula HOnda and we paid in the thousands a lot of times!). do not waste your time goign to other dealership if you are buying a Honda.
