Later picked up my car in a nightmare condition, I made complaints to the management only to be told that it’s all in my head. How sad is this. Recently, I left my Honda Van for the Car detailing (TOP OF THE LINE PACKAGE) at Castle Honda. Service advisor asked me to leave my car at least for a day. I left my car at 10:30 am and I was informed within two hours saying that ‘your car is ready’. I was surprized and went to my car. I found that there was dust on windshield, mud on the sides of the car, sand on my leather seats so on… Basically, they just cleaned the rubber mats only. I went back and asked service advisor to check the work. He surprized and called the mechanic who performed the work on my vehicle. That guy (mechanic) seemed like he does not care and replied rudely. Due to Service advisor’s request, that guy asked to give 15 min to fix those things. 15 min, REALLY????? I got my car back after 15 min as it was before no change. I contacted manager and proved him that work did not perform as described on work order. He admitted that his employee did not complete the job and still refused to finish the job. I wasted my day-off, drove 180 Kms. just for the rubber mat cleaning. Unfortunately, I purchased my vehicle from Castle Honda so I decided to go there. That was my last and final visit. I have notice that my engine sounds differently after the service. I doubt that may have done something when they asked 15 min extra. I am going to take my vehicle to expert. I will sue them If I will find any damage. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. More

He gave me the impression that he valued and appreciated the sales opportunity with a very calm and genuine demeanour . After a few email exchanges across few days, we settled on the price. I went into the dealership and get the paperwork done. His service excellence continues and was very civilized during the negotiation of my trade in car's valuation. Overall, a deal done without any drama, ill feeling or left with a bad taste. Just a comparison, I sent out a few other "Cold Call" email to other dealership/sale manager, only half chose to respond. For those who responded, some were not willing offer any pricing. These folks need to wake up and rejoin the cyber-age. More

The person helping was very polite and got my car into the shop within 10 minutes of me arriving and the mechanic got to work right away. They have incredible service they even had an employee help a person who didn't speak a word of English and got everything he needed done! Great job! More

I was referred by a friend to come see him and I came all the way from mississauga (there I just picked up my brand new Honda HRV-EXL from Wayel Hena! I was referred by a friend to come see him and I came all the way from mississauga (there are a lot of Honda stores on the way) and I am so glad I did!! Customer service as it should be !! Very respectful, very helpful!! No complaints at all! I was shocked to see how wonderful I was trweated because now a days not a lot of people care if your happy or not! Take business for granted. Hey, I had gotten two cars from here. When I went to buy back my second car from lease was treated like xxxx and unprofessionally by some a man name Hey, I had gotten two cars from here. When I went to buy back my second car from lease was treated like xxxx and unprofessionally by some a man named Nick. I had to chase the guy around to buyback the car. Then he forgot about me in the lobby of the dealership. He could care less about customer service. This was many years ago but this has cost the dealership a sale of a new car number 3 (are you reading this Peter Riccio?) and I would venture about 10K in service business if I add up my records. Of course, Peter being a good salesperson will fleece you but at least he's polite about it. Nick gets your money and pays you back in incompetence and an "I could care less" attitude. Lenny and Vince were always nice. Better than the service dept. cast of clowns I deal with now at another honda dealership. Well perhaps they don't give a xxxx but, taking people's business for granted has cost you $$. More
