We found him to be personable, honest, accommodating and eager to please. On the day we picked up the vehicle, Ilyas was very patient and thorough on explaining all the features of the vehicle. He covered all questions and concerns we had. I would definitely recommend Ilyas to anyone interested in making a Honda purchase. He advised me to go with a friend who just purchased a car from Castle Honda and have the friend introduce me to Ilyas Duale at Sales. After all the word of mouth I was finally at Castle Honda with my friend where I was introduced to Ilyas. At tfirst moment of introduction to Ilyas I felt this genuine interest in wanting my business. He really has gone above and beyond the call of duty to find me the perfect car for my need. Honda 7 / castle honda are all owned by the same owner! They are all liars and theives and will steal your money and trick you into extra services that you do not really need. I came in for an oil change and ended up leaving paying over a thousand dollars in services!! They claimed I needed brakes, and a whole bunch of other things like rotors being resurfaced which costs an arm and a leg. Something wrong with my suspension and i refused some other things but thats how they get you! I went to a shop not too far down the road just to ask about the suspension and they quoted me less than half what castle honda did. Not to mention that afterwards I now have a vibration after they resurfaced my rotors!! I was told that if I don't keep up with all the recommended services that my warranty will be void. I went to another Honda dealership and was told by the service manager that was untrue!! Overall castle honda treats you as if you are ignorant and if you are a sucker waiting to be cheated out of your hard earned money! STAY AWAY!! More

Mark Pimentel was a service advisor at the time took extremely good care of everything I needed in terms of maintenance after the purchase. He was always honest and always more than fair. A few years later Mark moved to Castle Honda and became service manager. I followed Mark there and have been an extremely happy customer ever since. Everyone in the service department is always very friendly and willing to help. I have and will continue to recommend Castle Honda to everyone who is looking for great people and great cars! They are crooks, they will slip in terms and get you to sign the documents. The initial sheet that you make the deal on - that is not kept on file. Buyers beaware go to Number 7 or any other dealer but stay away from this dealership they will prey on your vulnerability !!!! be warned. A customer is supposed to feel happy after there purchase of a new car not me. This is my 3rd Honda! Never again because of these guys. The service advisers are OK in my opinion. More
