Made everything so easy! Didn't have to worries about the old lease (estimates, repairs, no car for 1-2 weeks, car inspections), got to try the car that fits in the "small car Didn't have to worries about the old lease (estimates, repairs, no car for 1-2 weeks, car inspections), got to try the car that fits in the "small car" parking stall. Had the Civic in mind or the CRV, but after Mark let me drive them to my condo, I realized I would have a heart attack everyday trying the fit the car in between the cement wall and the car next to me. I ended up getting the HRV and it was a lot easier to park. Never would have considered the HRV and if I had gone with the Civic or CRV, I would be stuck with it until the end of my lease, and hated parking it everyday... Mark was very welcoming and helpful. For my old lease I was expecting to have to deal with repairs in the next 5 weeks before returning the car, but we ended up taking care of everything within 2 days. A lot less hassle and stress, happy with the new lease! Glad I met Mark! More
