Cherry was very helpful. I never felt that I was pressured to buy. She did a good job of explaining all the features of the car and how to operate it. Jesse, Sabrina and Madison took great care of me from start to delivery. I had requested appointments to see the vehicle twice with family members, postpone the delivery date as I was sick, and had a bunch of questions about add-ons, payment options etc. Everyone was enthusiastic, responsive and helpful. I'm a brand new driver and this is my first car, and Carter Honda has definitely set a high standard! I am super grateful for the service I received, thank you all! More
