these guys are crooks i brought my vehicle there because i could not program a key, the memory was full. It needed to be erased so i could program more keys. It is a quick and easy process but They charged me $157.00 for this simple procedure. They said it was an involved and long process but I am a Bus Tech and I knew there were lying. I watched the Tech do the job and it took him 15 minutes, yet they charged me 1.5 hours labour. When I asked why i was being charged that much the woman said it took over an hour, When I said I saw exactly how long it took him to do the job the woman gave me a smug look and said thats what we charge. These people are liars and crooks, I will never go there again More

More unacceptable atrocities but I'll leave it at that. This is a reputable dealership which people are trusting to make large financial decisions with, some even the largest purchase they will ever make in their life. That being said customer service should be expected to be held to match that high standard as well. It's a shame in my case I've had better customer relations and service from support call centres in 3rd world countries. More

They sell Lemons!! NO STARS!! I purchased my car one year ago from their "certified pre-owned" and specifically asked about the brakes, the engine, a certain smell on t NO STARS!! I purchased my car one year ago from their "certified pre-owned" and specifically asked about the brakes, the engine, a certain smell on test drive and was re-assured they had done all the work necessary and all my concerns were due to the fact that the car had been sitting for a month. In the past year since I bought it, I have had to replace the battery and the brakes. The smell was coming from a coolant leak which was a crack in the water outlet causing fluid to burn as it sprayed out on the engine. There was also a warranty repair which I only found out about because my engine light on only a week after I took possession! The warranty expired at 100,000 km's and I drove it into (a Langley gm dealership) at 99,980 km's. The Langley dealership said this was something that could have easily been detected by a "certified pre-owned" dealership, when I told them I bought it from a certified pre-owned they were shocked. Pissed at Carter GM and will never suggest for anyone to buy from those scam artists! More
