Just another shady vancouver dealership I traded a caddy in for a 300c. Then noticed a few things weren't right with the 300. I wanted them to fix the broken power window, squeaky brake pads, and fix the damage THEY did to my car when they attempted to take the rain shield off the doors above the windows but failed and just scratched it all up. Anyways The sales manager didn't care to listen. I Won't be car shopping here again. More
Leah at Carter was quick to reply to my email query. Even though I told her I was not ready to purchase she did not blow me off like all the other dealers I had previously contacted. I want to start by stating that my experience was only with the Parts department, specifically Bernie in this department. We recently had a second baby and with two car seats on the back bench buckling i with the Parts department, specifically Bernie in this department. We recently had a second baby and with two car seats on the back bench buckling in my kids -with the buckle for the belts in between the two seats- became an impossible task. I needed a seat belt extension and Bernie provided me with excellent and friendly customer service even though the extension itself was free and as such did not result in any financial benefits for him. I can't thank him enough, the safety of our kids is extremely important to us and we are extremely grateful for him going the extra mile and finding a fitting extension for us. Exceptional and friendly customer service!!! More
I purchased a 2011 Camaro on November 18, 2011 from Carter GM in Burnaby. I was told my trade in ((2004 Monte Carlo Initimidator one of only 4000 built) was worth only $5100. as a trade in. I provided Carter GM in Burnaby. I was told my trade in ((2004 Monte Carlo Initimidator one of only 4000 built) was worth only $5100. as a trade in. I provided $1700. worth of repairs done the week prior and so he raised the trade in allowance to $6500. He told me he was not going to sell the car because it was not "Optimum Certified" and that he would "flog" my car to another dealer. In less than a week the car is featured as Optimun Certified and they are asking $12999. for it. I did not get a break on the price of the new car. It was advertised in November 18 Province as $26999. and that is what I paid. He salesman Randy Turgeon said I could have a Canuck decal put back on the car as pictured in the advertisement,When I called to ask, I was told I would have to pay for the decal and when I complained about the selling price of my trade I was told he can do what he wants. I asked to speak to his boss and I am still waiting for the call. I only sold that car as it was my husbands car and he passed away last year and I am trying to move on. I was also sucked into extra extended maintenance, replacement value insurance and life insurance on the loan. No of which I needed and was convinced I did. My daughter took one look at the contract when I came home and said I was being taken. I cancelled the extras I had been charged for and now I feel I am being screwed big time. Would appreciate your feedback. Thanks, Val Terry 778-574-6799 More
