Great experience, will be back! I had never been to a KIA dealer and was interested to have a look at the Sorrento. I was greeted instantly, and felt very comfortable asking question I had never been to a KIA dealer and was interested to have a look at the Sorrento. I was greeted instantly, and felt very comfortable asking questions and taking vehicles for a test drive. I was very open about just beginning my vehicle search, and that I would not be purchasing that day. Other dealerships I visited were not overly receptive to that, and made me feel like a waste of time, and that I did not deserve the effort as I was not purchasing at this time. The employee at Cardinal KIA still treated me as a customer and did not make me feel like an inconvenience in any way. This was such appreciated that I will absolutely be back and recommend it to my friends. More

Excellent Service I called the dealer ship this morning at 9:20 asking if they had time for a oil change. Shelly said of course. they took me in at 11:00 ,,,,, I was sh I called the dealer ship this morning at 9:20 asking if they had time for a oil change. Shelly said of course. they took me in at 11:00 ,,,,, I was shocked I thought I would have to wait at least a few days or more. Shelly said I was due for a transmission flush as well,,,,,,, I was unaware of this. I was also unaware there was a recall on my car. Thanks to Shelly everything was done today,,,,,, very much appreciated. More

Good Service I called my Kia dealership service manager with a potential problem with my Kia and the manager, Shelley Rootes, had me come in directly without me ha I called my Kia dealership service manager with a potential problem with my Kia and the manager, Shelley Rootes, had me come in directly without me having to make an appointment. She also noticed that there were a couple recall issues on this vehicle and addressed them immediately and also changed the oil! She saved me from traveling again and I appreciate the fast service!
