Great experience buying a 2021 dodge ram back in Sept 30, 2023. I was dreading having to car shop and had gone to a few other dealers in Ottawa, but this is not the typical car dealership experience. Sellers not spewing cringy sales tactics and no back and forth with the person in the “backroom” on price, as all prices are what you see on the tag - so, no awkward negotiations and feeling like you are getting screwed. After sale/service was also great … had an minor issue with a light bulb, but they said to come on by and they’d take a look. It was super fast and got fixed right away. Everyone was really friendly! I would definitely (and have already) recommend friends and family in buying a car/truck there. More

I had great service when I recently purchased a vehicle. Zayn was very friendly and certainly did his job very well. Mel, who dealt with financing, was super amazing to deal with! I swung by to get a refund on a deposit I had made and forgot to get back the day I picked up my car (I was clearly too excited!). I also noticed one of the key fobs battery was dead. Mel brought it to get fixed, and as I was waiting with my two young boys, pizza was delivered for the staff. One of the staff asked if my boys would like a slice and personally brought one for each of them. I found this so wonderful and really a nice touch to a great customer service experience. More

I offered a price to a OLD Mini Cooper. The 1st sales man Alex refuse and I moved on. A month later Alex reached via email completely forgetting who I was. So again I offered 15000 for the over priced Mini Cooper and this sales person Mohamed Berrada reaches out. He claims they don negotiate prices..lol then continued to insult me that I CANOT afford the prices. I am literally retired at 39 living on a lake near Perth. With a paid off Dodge Ram, and 2021 GMC Suv. This Mini was just something person I wanted. What a goof, rude and horrible customer service. More
