After selecting a vehicle, I was directed to Finance Agent Steve, who was very eager to finalize the deal. However, the contract terms were not properly explained, and I later realized I was locked into a high-interest rate where all the interest had to be paid, even if I made extra payments. When I immediately requested a refund of my $1000 down payment (sent via Cash E-Transfer), Steve became confrontational, accusing me of having an attitude and even yelling, “ARE YOU THREATENING ME!?” I escalated the issue to President Pierre, who claimed all calls were recorded—though Steve had used his personal phone, making verification impossible. While my refund was processed the same day, I received no apology. Lesson learned: Always read and fully understand contract terms before signing, no matter how urgent your situation. Based on my experience, I found Car-On Auto Sales to be unprofessional and lacking transparency. I would not recommend them. At all. More
DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE! They are a bunch of scammers with mechanics that I assume don’t have licences and will put out fake safeties. I bought my vehicle there and when I went to pick it up they lost the keys. so waiting two hours for them to finally find them they turn it on to find out there’s an issue with the vehicle and they have to fix it. 5 hours later they call me to say my vehicle was ready to go only to drive it down the road with all four brakes grinding and making an awful noise. i had to drive it back to get it fixed. after one hour I’m on the road with my new vehicle. a month later and only after 1000 kms driven my tires are aggressively shaking. brought it to a local tire shop only to find out that the tires on the vehicle were unsafe! they wouldn’t even mount them on another rim they said they were so bad. after contacting car on auto for anything that they could do they told me everything was safe when I bought it and told me to kick rocks. do yourself a favour and NEVER BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!! More

Purchased car 4 months ago never got a safety certificate needed a new battery, new hood latch,new tires they were weather rotted and there extended warranty called global warranty sucks! Terrible experience with SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I recently bought a Hyundai Santa Fe, and within 2 weeks I noticed an abnormal noise as the brake was pressed. I brought the car for the Service depa I recently bought a Hyundai Santa Fe, and within 2 weeks I noticed an abnormal noise as the brake was pressed. I brought the car for the Service department to have a look, and they told me the pads and rotors were changed and there was nothing they could do. I insisted that the problem might be something else, and they told me to get used to it. This is the second car I bought from them in less than a year, I also had an issue with the first one, and I ended up fixing it at my own expense, which I am not willing to do again. They have an excellent sales department with friendly and helpful staff, however, the service department seems to not care as much. After my second bad experience, I do not recommend the company to anyone. More
WARNING - Read the fine print on the 30 day refund policy! They sold us an unsafe car, service dept did more damage in trying to fix it. Proceed with caution when dealing with them. More
