Hi Andrew, I would like to apologize on behalf of the technician who worked on your truck. He is a long term Chrysler tech with several years of experience and was dumbfounded when he realized he hadn't reinstalled the secondary clips on your vehicle. He has many years of quality work experience and this kind of error is not indicative of his work history. When he noticed the error he immediately reported it to us and we contacted you right after. We tried to correct the error with as little inconvenience to you as possible and luckily no problems occurred as a result of the missing clip. We have processes in place to minimize these concerns but, as much as we don't like it, human error is a factor. What is to come of the inaccurate calls and report on my truck for services that are not even due yet? What comes of the fact your crews made my truck an absolute mess where I still cannot get the gear oil off my rim's and tires it's almost stained into the rubber? What comes of your guys driving my truck down a gravel road getting it all covered in mud when the paved roads were dry? What comes of the technician? Retraining? Seems for the years he has worked there complacency has shown its face, possible mentorship program with another technician to make sure he's not forgetting other parts... What is the process in place to minimize these concerns? What are the concerns your minimizing? Will the tech report the issue next time, if he's heard the client was upset of the process?

Hi Tinoy, Just a couple of things I would like to clarify in regards to your service. Your transmission was not damaged due to any service we did. In Oct 2018 the only repairs we completed were software updates for a Recall from Chrysler. Your Transmission was noted as slipping on Jan 18, 2019 which was the next time you came to us. We inspected it at that time but we were unable to duplicate your concerns. You then returned on Feb 13, 2019 and we were able to get the truck to act up at that time. The transmission was ordered and unfortunately did take some time for the parts to arrive and your truck was completed on Feb 25. This is the 2 week week period i suspect you are referring to. You indicate your transmission "Blew" The next day but my records indicate you returned on March 20 (nearly a month later) with concern of an oil leak and trans would not go into park. We were able to diagnose the problem as a leak from the gasket at the oil pan which caused the fluid level to drop. The pan came pre-installed on your new transmission so was replaced under warranty as a factory defect. We changed the gasket because that was the only leak visible at that time. Not because we were "too busy". You never did speak to a manger, (I am the service manager and every time I tried to call it said your voice mail was full) and there was never a "big hole". When you came to pick up your truck, you indicated it still did not seem right so we checked and found another leak from an o-ring at one of the transfer tubes which was now noticeable since the the pan leak had been fixed. We had the parts in stock (Not back ordered) and it was fixed the next day. All repairs were covered under your powertrain warranty and we had you in a loaner vehicle for the time your truck was with us. I understand your frustration when having to deal with the inconvenience of a broken vehicle, but I believe my staff attempted to make the repair process as smooth as possible. Hi Judah, the tire pressure monitoring system is very accurate and is a live feed while the vehicle is driving. If your light wasn't on when you picked your truck up it means the tire pressures were correct. Air condenses in colder temperatures so most likely, the vehicle was parked inside with the correct pressure prior to picking it up and once outside overnight, the pressure dropped slightly, very standard for vehicles with pressure monitoring systems. Sometimes dealing with financial institutions takes time but I believe the sales department has corrected all of the your noted problems. Hello Rajwinder. I spoke to my receptionist who took your call and pulled your information from your last visit. The recall we performed on your vehicle was to replace the catalytic converter. The component replaced is part of your exhaust system and would have no effect on your headlamps. When my receptionist explained this you did not remain on the phone to speak with me about your concerns.
