I had a long list of issues to address on my vehicle, and Corey in the Service Department went above and beyond. He took the time to walk me through each item, explained the best approach, and was completely Corey in the Service Department went above and beyond. He even pointed out a few things we could hold off on to help reduce the overall cost, which I really appreciated. My car ended up needing an extra day in the shop and, even though all their loaners were already out, Corey quickly arranged a rental so I wasn’t stuck. Getting your vehicle serviced is never fun (especially when you’re bracing for potential costs) but Corey made the whole experience as smooth and bearable as possible. Things that are needing to be done are explained clearly, and also what may be needed on the future. I was never offered a “service program” before which I have now that is a great value to me. It makes maintaining my vehicle seamless. I’m beyond impressed and extremely happy. Kudos to the service department team they made my day once again! More
