Patricia, I understand your frustration with the windshield repair scheduling issue, especially since it arose shortly after you purchased your pre-owned Jeep from Yadi. I also realize it's less than ideal that Yadi is no longer with us, which makes things a bit more complicated. I'm truly sorry for the added stress this has caused. I also understand you took your Jeep to another Jeep dealership and they recommended some additional repairs. While we can't directly verify those additional repairs, I do want to address the issue of the second key. Yadi did try his best to contact the previous owner about a spare key, but unfortunately, we weren't able to obtain one. It's a common situation with trade-in vehicles, and sadly, we don't always have control over whether or not a second key is available.
