Hello Priyank, you brought in your 2011 Charger with over 220,000 km's on it saying it will not turn off, and you asked us to perform a PCM update as it was recommended by your normal technician. We did this for you and yes, it did create more problems, but at no cost to you as we only billed you for the one hour to do the update, not the five hours we spent trying to help you. We did not create the problems, PCM updates are literally plug and play, and had we been given the opportunity to diagnose the root concerns rather than throw an update at it, it is very likely you would have had no issues and left here with a running vehicle that turns off. You chose to take your vehicle back because you didn't want to spend any more money to properly diagnose your concern. I am sorry that we didn't have the opportunity to help you more.
