Hello Annette, warranty parameters are provided by Chrysler and we just facilitate their program. The parts that were installed in September of 2023 were covered by warranty, but Chrysler will only cover a toe adjustment after the parts are replaced. These parts were covered for two years parts and labour. With what was replaced (inner and outer tie rods and a drag link assembly), we suggested getting a complete alignment instead of just the toe adjustment but left that decision up to you. You choose the alignment for $119.99 which I think is the best decision for your vehicle. If you consider that all the aftermarket companies only warranty their parts for 1 year with no labour coverage, the fact that after 14 months both were covered by Chrysler (excluding the alignment) I believe is a positive not a negative. I am sorry if you feel differently. As for the protective coverings that were left in your vehicle, the technician should be removing those. Sorry if this inconvenienced you and we will speak with the technician about this. Geoff Haw Fixed Operations Manager
