Was slightly disappointed with today’s service. I was told that a tire rotation was not required as they were all wearing evenly. However I was pitched a wheel alignment. My service record stated that my tires were filled to 34 psi, however they were not. My low tire pressure light was on. I went back in and it was rectified. But it begs the question, was a tire rotation actually needed and someone was just being a little lazy? Patrick was phenomenal at fixing my low tire pressure and taking care of me in that regard and my driver Bill was outstanding More

Staff good and friendly just a shame the call centre that called me to book my recall in at the dealership have NO CLUE! Went in to get my tires swapped from summer to winter. No lineup minimal wait for service to be completed. My only suggestion is that there seems yo be a bit of a disconnect between the greeters at the No lineup minimal wait for service to be completed. I needed tire lugs and wanted my summer tires to be stored until the nxt season and was directed to arrange that with the service desk. Once at the service desk I was told the express workers would arrange that and that was a learning for everyone. The express people were really helpful and tracked me down in the waiting lounge to always keep me updated on everything. It turns out that they could reuse my OEM lugs on my black rims I bought elsewhere. The negative comment is towards RAM, they wanted 900$ for a set of OEM lugs. xxx that is outrageous and the aftermarket lugs were 1000$. I think the parts department need to look out for their clients better and find another approved vendor for aftermarket parts. I have a Mitsubishi vehicle and their aftermarket parts are way cheaper than OEM. More

I would like to express my gratitude to Capital for how the issue with my vehicle was finally resolved. I dropped off my car last Wednesday, and yesterday I picked it up fully repaired. The bumper was perf the issue with my vehicle was finally resolved. I dropped off my car last Wednesday, and yesterday I picked it up fully repaired. The bumper was perfectly restored, I was provided with a new wheel lock key, and the winter tires were installed. I also greatly appreciated the loaner vehicle offered while my car was being serviced. Although the initial handling of this issue did not meet my expectations, as the communication at the beginning left much to be desired, I want to highlight that Capital eventually understood my position and showed a genuine willingness to resolve the matter. This is the level of service I have always expected from Capital, and I appreciate the effort made to correct the situation. I would especially like to thank Clint Thompson, who was instrumental in bringing this case to a satisfactory resolution. His professionalism and dedication helped restore my confidence in the dealership’s service. I hope that future services continue to meet the high-quality standards expected from Capital and that we avoid situations like this in the future. Salesman was great. Good guy. The customer common courtesy not so much. Bought a used vehicle. Didn't do an oil change, oil was bad. Didn't change the air filter and Good guy.
