Hello Sarah, sorry for the late reply but I was told you were coming in soon to get the hitch installed. I also want to apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, the kit that Jeep provided for your vehicle didn't work for your model, and it took us ordering a few more parts that weren't listed by the manufacturer to get it right. I understand that it is installed now and that we detailed your vehicle at the same time. I hope you are happy with the finished product, though it took a bit to get there. I am happy to read that the staff took good care of you, and I have already used your review to address the length of time it took to get your oil changed done. Unfortunately for you it was bad timing, they had two customers with unusual timely concerns that they were having to deal with at the same time that you were in, and for some reason the VIN decoder that parts use to get the correct parts for your Mazda wasn't initially working. Both of these things added up to an unusually long time to get you oil change. I have addressed both situations with the staff along with some possible solutions, so you shouldn't have this problem again if you wish to continue to use us.
