Today we visited your facility for an oil change and winter tire installation. Unfortunately, my winter tires couldn't be installed due to an issue with the rims. Up until then, everything was fine. However, when we received the car back, there were multiple issues: The wheel lock was missing. My car was scratched by the winter tire studs. My original wheels were also scratched. I am extremely dissatisfied with today's service. I don’t live in Edmonton and prefer to travel to the dealership where I bought the vehicle to ensure quality service. However, today’s experience showed me a lack of care for vehicles. My car is new, purchased in June this year, and had no scratches until today. I had to buy touch-up paint to cover the scratches, with the promise of reimbursement. As for the wheel lock, I was told it would be available next week. This means that in the meantime, I must hope not to get a flat tire, as I wouldn’t be able to change it, which would again require another trip to Edmonton. I am thoroughly disappointed with the lack of attention and care shown to my vehicle today. More

Had to take truck back for warranty work a second time since completed in Fall 2023. Had to pay shop supplies on top of another wheel alignment which goes hand in hand for the warranty work completed for since completed in Fall 2023. Very poor service and price quote in selling a used vehicle. The used vehicle was stated as “rigged and ready”, later to find out that no service work had been completed for the safety of new purchaser vehicle. The used vehicle was stated as “rigged and ready”, later to find out that no service work had been completed for the safety of new purchaser, which was false advertising to bring you in as a customer. In receiving the detailed price quote of the work needed to be done, there were outrageously underpriced for parts and labour at which I was told “these are direct mopar pricing quotes” to which I replied “I have a truck the same year and would like to have the rear differential rebuilt for the quoted price of your estimate” I was told they would put together a quote for me…. This quote was $1800 more for the exact same work and the parts were an extra $600. This is poor business. The truck in question was overpriced compared to other dealers by an average of $11-15k difference. This business and its management have proven time and time again to scam people as well as false advertise their efforts and product. More
