Second Time Much Better Having previously written a review that outlined problems I had with this dealership, I now have to write and tell of my most recent service visit. T Having previously written a review that outlined problems I had with this dealership, I now have to write and tell of my most recent service visit. The service writer, Alexis, was helpful and he had a detailer come and talk to me about the current concern which was the recurrence of a strong odor of cigarettes in the upholstery. I was told that the odor probably came from the interior car air filter and that they would replace it, re-shampoo the carpet and also do another ozone treatment. I had to leave the car overnight due to an early appointment I had but when I picked my Journey up the next day, all the work was completed satisfactorily. There was a service department follow up phone call to see if I was happy with the results. I am satisfied with the work done and want to thank all the service people for their customer service and friendly attitude. Suemuffin. More

So a lack of knowledge, enthusiasm and passion about a vehicle that a salesperson is attempting to sell is a major turnoff, and one that would hasten my departure from that location. If you are fortunate enough, you will experience the charm, passion, friendliness, and knowledge that Laura brings to the vehicle environment. Not only is she one of the most determined people I have ever met in the automotive sales business, but she has the knowledge and the drive (pun intended) to make your experience at Capital Dodge a memorable one.
