Jordana Campbell was extremely helpful and attentive. She showed a lot of energy and didn't let blizzard like conditions deter her from helping me out with the purchase of a used van. After arriving at the dealership and walking through the door, it took over 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me, while I was the only customer in the service department and 3 employees were present. Wh door, it took over 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me, while I was the only customer in the service department and 3 employees were present. When the main service advisor did approach me, he asked me "what I wanted", not "how can I help you" and proceeded to roll his eyes and sigh when I explained to him that I was here to drop my vehicle off for an oil change and tire rotation. Once my vehicle was checked in, I was not offered the use of the shuttle vehicle, I had to ask for it as the service advisor was walking away from me, and was told "its through there" as he yelled over his shoulder and waved his hand towards a door. When I was called to pick up my vehicle, I was told I had to call the shuttle myself, that the dealership did not do so. When I called the shuttle driver, he got angry with me for asking to be picked up, and told me it would be at least a 2hr wait because "he was busy". As I had no other way to pick up my vehicle before closing, I assured him this would be acceptable. He was at least nice enough to call the dealership and have the other shuttle van sent out to pick me up. This gentleman was extremely nice and apologized profusely for making me wait. When I arrived at the dealership to pick up my vehicle, my vehicle still had the plastic seat protector on the seat and cardboard mat on the floor. This made me question if the work that I asked to have done was actually completed. I also inquired about parts during my visit into this dealership, and when I followed up with the service advisor, he stated that he would get back to me the follow week with pricing, and this phone call never came. Soon after having an oil change, my vehicle started to leak oil. On inspection, my husband found that the oil filter was very loose and had to be tightened over 3/4 of a turn. The dealership has been made aware of the problems that I encountered with the service department through a phone call following up with my appointment, but unfortunately I have not heard from the service manager who I was told would call me to follow up. I wanted a brochure on a vehicle. He told me to follow him (as it turns out, into his office). He told me to have a seat. I told him I didn't need to sit down, I just want a brochure. His tone totally him (as it turns out, into his office). He told me to have a seat. I told him I didn't need to sit down, I just want a brochure. His tone totally changes at that point as he realizes he can't sell me a car. He says "Oh, we don't have any of those brochures". I said "You're the dealer. You're supposed to have brochures on your products". He says "We haven't gotten the 2013 brochures yet because we don't sell many of those vehicles". This is in April 2013, so these vehicles have already been on sale for 8 months. He didn't care, just gave me an apathetic shrug. What would he care, he knows he's not selling me a car today. And he's not going to get another chance to sell me a car, either. He completely wasted my time, trying to pull car salesmanship on me, when all I wanted was a brochure. As soon as he found out he couldn't make money off me today, he couldn't care less about customer service. More

Great showroom, nice selection, very friendly staff, exceptional service, especially from Jordana, who was very knowledgeable and nice. She's direct and to the point, and made sure that I was comfortable with everything before leaving. Jordana even took the time to explain to me how my navigation system, satellite radio, and dvd player worked. She was very friendly, and was a pleasure to work with. It was also nice to have a salesperson who wasnt pushy, and actually cared about what i had to say. Thank You to everyone at Capital Chrysler Dodge Jeep, and especially my fantastic saleswoman Jordana More

Unfor Highly not recommended! I purchased 3 vehicles in a row from this dealership (all different salesmen). Those 3 deals ended up horrible for me. Unfortunately I'm not good at negotiating ( a car salesmen dream) and I ended up seriously over paying for my vehicles. It unfortunately learned the hard way. However my last experience is what set me off I wanted to make a trade in. I walked him with specific demands. #1 payments lower or at the very least equal to what I'm paying now. #2 good and better fuel mileage to what I had now. The salesman had me test drive a demo car that they clearly wanted to dump off. This would have doubled my payments and half the mileage of what I had. Neither of my demands were close. When I said I wasn't interested, the salesman had 3 other people enter the office to try and entice me to change my mind. If I didn't have my girlfriend with me to smarten me up, I probably would have done this. I had to beg to get my $100 deposit back. Because they wouldn't give me a price until I gave this deposit. That was the most pressure I have ever felt when in a dealership. No concerns fr what I was looking for was given. Worst part is when I arrived back from my 15 minute test drive, my sales person was gone on another test drive and had to wait another 20 minutes for him to come back and when he did, he ended up passing me to another salesperson. I attempted to call the GM but would not be put through, when I emailed him my concerns I was only ignored. Worst experience ever. More

On my first visit a manager came in and gave me all kinds of pressure to get the deal done "today" and tried to use some cheap psychology on my to push me. I left unhappy and looked around at other dealers. Jordanna brought me back and I found a manager I liked (Ben) and got the deal done. So far so good. I haven't had to bring in the vehicle for service or any issues, so I will see how that goes. More

They use every trick in the book to sell you an overpriced car. The building is huge and fancy. Picture how much they have to mark up their vehicles to pay for that place. We walked in and were greeted by a very friendly fellow. He took us to his cubicle and carefully wrote down what we were looking for. My wife asked if we could just go outside and look around the lot. They don't roll that way, apparently. So we told him we wanted a 2 year old Jeep Grand Cherokee with less than 40 000 km on it. He wrote this all down carefully. Then he went away. A "sales manager" came back, sat down at the desk while the original sales guy hovered over our backs. The manager asked us how much we were willing to spend. We asked if we could just go look at Jeeps. He said he needed to get a good picture of what we wanted, and then they'd bring up the perfect vehicle for us. We said we were looking in the $30 000 price range. He asked if we would buy it today. We said no. They both went away and came back and said they had brought the perfect vehicle for us to the front. We went outside with our original sales guy. He took us to a 2008 Laredo with 65 000 km on it. It was filthy, had a cracked windshield, and was obviously not what we had described we wanted at all. The sales guy asked, enthusiastically, "Do you love it?". We said we didn't. He wouldn't even tell us how much they wanted for it. We went back inside. The sales guy went away. We suspected the play was to now bring up a cleaner and nicer vehicle, which they would tell us was what we wanted, but was over our budget. While the sales guy was gone, we searched ads on our phones. We found a vehicle that was exactly what we were looking for on another lot. It was priced right and was the right year. Yet another "sales manager" came back and sat down while our sales guy hovered over our shoulders. He said they couldn't get us what we wanted for the price we wanted. I held out my phone and showed him the ad from another dealership selling exactly what we wanted for the price we wanted. He said they didn't have anything in that price range. They clearly didn't want to let us leave, but we managed to get away. We felt a little dirty. If you shop there, be prepared to be wowed, pressured, wooed, courted, tricked, manipulated, and belittled. It is an unpleasant experience. We left and went to the other dealership where we weren't pressured at all. We ended up buying a vehicle there. More
