We got a call telling us they sold the vehicle but they we willing to give us a deal on a new vehicle. When we got there, miraculously, the other guys financing hadn't gone through and it was suddenly available again. My wife and one of the salespeople looked over the Jeep Compass and there were some minor scuffs. She told us they only purchase pristine used vehicles. We test drove it even though there was a problem with the 4x4 module. We liked what we saw and sales people were friendly. We made our deal and paid cash for it. We couldn't take the vehicle home because the module was on order. We also purchased 3M Rock Guard, undercoating, and paint protection. We told we would be back in a week to pick it up and this would give them time to make sure everything was ready to go. My wife called the day before we were going back in to make sure everything was done and the vehicle was ready for pick up. She told them we would be there before noon. At 11:15 a salesman called demanding to know where we were. He was told we were almost there. It was raining that day so it was hard to tell how the vehicle actually looked. He gave us a quick run through, said the gas tank was full and asked if we had any questions. We couldn't think of anything at the moment and knew that we could look things up in the owner's manual. Surprise, surprise! no manual in the vehicle so we went in and asked for one and asked where the second set of keys were. The sales said he would try and find them for us. He got us a 2014 Manual because he could not find one for a 2013. He commented that sometimes you get one key and sometimes you get 6. He said to give him a week or so to try and locate it. We got our free gift and left. The gas tank was slightly above half full. We were tired of running in and out and decided just to let it go. Once we got home and the rain had stopped we noticed scrapes and scratches on the vehicle and the back bumper looked like it had been backed into something. We called the dealership and inquired about the key and told them that we had found damage on the vehicle. The salesman had told us that their quality control person could not verify that it had been there before and it was a used vehicle. There was not much we could do about proving who did the damage. We did the run around with the salesman for another week before we contacted the sales manager. He transferred us to the General Sales Manager who said he would give us a deal on another key. Parts was busy and he said he would get back to us. Never happened. We finally gave up trying to deal with them and purchased a key at another dealership. As long as you have no problems you could view it as a pleasant experience but if you have problems, once they have your money they don't care about you and just ignore you until you go away. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. RECOMMEND THAT THEY TELL CUSTOMER STRAIGHT OUT HOW MAY KEYS THEY ARE GETTING SO THAT THEY CAN BE NEGOTIATED INTO THE DEAL OR AT THE VERY LEAST CAN BE CUT SO THAT CUSTOMERS ARE NOT RUNNING AROUND FOR WEEKS TRYING TO GET ONE THAT MAY OR MAY NOT EXIST. Not even 3 weeks after I got the truck home someone noticed that the chrome on front passenger wheel well was loose & the mud flap was missing. After inspecting this i realized that the whole wheel well was rusted out & someone has actually re-tacked the chrome to the wheel well. Then a couple weeks after that one of rear mud flaps flew off when I was on the highway, again after later inspection it is due to the high amount of rust. I have emailed & phoned Zack & others at Capitol Chrysler without any response!! I am deeply annoyed that they were all very friendly & helpful until they got my money & now nothing....... I definitely will NOT go back nor will I recommend them to anyone........... shameful. More

From the first phone call Ryan treated us with respect and understood that we wanted a specific type of vehicle for the best price, that we did not want to be up sold and we wanted to drive it off the lot immediately. It took less than an hour to select the vehicle ,it was the one Ryan had prepared and had at the door as requested, and finalized the deal with the service manager, also a Ryan. Ryan Hoffman asked for an hour to prep the vehicle and that was how long it took to go through the protection plan up sell rodeo, which was clear and well presented. The vehicle was ready and we were able to leave. Ryan had suggested we wait for the prize room to be restocked and so we returned a week later to have the tint applied to rear windows and select our prize. As we had three grandchildren with us Ryan offered to put the Kurig in the new van for pickup later, which he did. He also remembered the touch up paint he had offered. Ryan and the sales staff performed above and beyond promise and we send any family or friends to these people. The only glitch was that the tinting and detail took longer than expected and rather than pick it up in Friday rush hour traffic we chose to pick up the vehicle on Saturday which is actually a bonus to have a service department open on a Saturday. I can honestly say this has been one of the top two vehicle purchase experiences in the last 45 years! More

It took a long time but it's finally done. Sales promised that 3M and ProPack would be done 4 days after purchase but not done. RECOMMEND THAT SALES TALKS TO SERVICE BEFORE PROMISING WORK. Then took car in for 2nd appointment and work not done due to family emergency which can happen. BUT THE WORK SHOULD HAVE BEEN STARTED 1ST THING THE NEXT DAY - but this 3 hour job not started until 2 hours before closing time the next day. Smell overwhelming when I came to pick up vehicle that night so did not take vehicle. Was given a loaner which they were going to charge me gas used. No. Came back with loaner and asked to have my iPhone sync'd but the module not working. Needed to make a 3rd appointment to have this fixed. RECOMMEND THAT ALL MODULES BE TESTED AND REPAIRED BEFORE VEHICLE SOLD. IT WOULD REDUCE CUSTOMER FRUSTRATION. The service writer's Alexus and Chelsey were very informative and tried to help as best they could and Alexus arranged the loaner which allowed me to get to my appointment while my vehicle was being serviced. Thank you for your help from both of you, made the service visits reasonable. Recently Dan in sales phoned me to tell me I was eligible for rebates and incentives to help reduce my payments. I bought vehicle outright so why wasn't I told of these rebates and incentives when I originally purchased the vehicle? What do you make of that? More

That's the kind of mentality I had when I pulled into this dealership. A few hours later I was walking out with a smile on my face and a new car, and that was all made possible by Zach. Not only was Zach extremely helpful and polite, but he made me feel like I had no pressure on me to walk out of the dealership with something I wasn't completely sure I wanted. Throughout our encounter he made it clear several times that there was no rush to make a decision, which is something I can't say about the people at every other dealership I had visited. He made sure that the car I wanted was the car that I needed, and for that I will always be grateful. Zach put up with my lame jokes the entire test ride and we felt more like friends then someone I was doing business with. All and all I it's hard to put into words just how happy I am with my experience with this dealership and more specifically this salesman. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for an experience were they will walk away happy More

My experience with other Staff wasn't favor Kurt and Alex are consummate professionals with exceptional customer service and a passion for their jobs! My experience with other Staff wasn't favorable but with Kurt/Alex it was excellent and always enjoyable. If not for these two I would not have purchased my vehicle.
