They don't make false promises, they stay in touch, and are thorough in their explanations. They also know something about triaging vehicles who drive into the service bay so that people are not kept waiting inordinately long periods of time. More

Much to our dismay, there was not much time spent at the dealership. However, we informed Natalia what make and model of vehicle that peaked our interest and she proved to be a fantastic aide to us throughout the process. After much discussion with Natalia via cell phone, we both reached a decision to purchase a beautiful 2015 Jeep Cherokee.
