I am the type of person who gets VERY uneasy and annoyed around "pushy" salespeople and have no problem walking away from a car lot when i feel pressured. Zack is NOT pushy at all. He is VERY pleasant and nice and seems to truly care about making sure you get not only what you want, but what you need. He is very attentive to what you have to say and never makes you feel like your questions aren't valid. Since this is the second car i have purchased from him, i can also attest to the post sales follow up and communication from him. He is second to none in making sure that even after you have made the purchase, the service never falters. He is always willing to take a call or answer a question even a year after purchasing. Not many car dealers out there would do that. It is that attention and genuine care for the customer that made me not even think twice about dealing with him again.
