So a lack of knowledge, enthusiasm and passion about a vehicle that a salesperson is attempting to sell is a major turnoff, and one that would hasten my departure from that location. If you are fortunate enough, you will experience the charm, passion, friendliness, and knowledge that Laura brings to the vehicle environment. Not only is she one of the most determined people I have ever met in the automotive sales business, but she has the knowledge and the drive (pun intended) to make your experience at Capital Dodge a memorable one. She is a member of a number of local car clubs and is well connected in the automotive circles. She is also no stranger to the race track. A long experience with a happy result. I bought my second Wrangler off of Zack. Everything went well with the purchase and succouring financing. The car starter was installed right away but the leather took almost 3 weeks to get put in I took the aftermarket company 2 weeks to get the leather in and another half a week to get it prepped and cut and stitched together. Zack despite dealing with daily phone calls and texts from this very impatient Jeep enthusiast did everything he could to get my Jeep ready as fast as possible and resolved all my issues quickly and fully.
