That's what makes finding sales people who take the time to show you your options and give you time to make these decisions all the more important. Chris Spurr and Alexandra Yun are such people. Just great to deal with! This is by no means my first time dealing with sales staff, but possibly the most easy going experience. Believe it or not I've been asked to leave a down payment on a vehicle I haven't seen or been told the final price on it with no other options being shown to me. It's experiences like that make me dread going to dealers, which is unfortunate when it doesn't need to be that way. More

Absolute disaster, will never buy from them again What a terrible experience. First they tried to trick me into signing for a demo but paying brand new price. Than they held my deposit hostage for 2 What a terrible experience. First they tried to trick me into signing for a demo but paying brand new price. Than they held my deposit hostage for 2 weeks, then lied to my face 3 times about it being refunded. To top it off, I had asked them to remove the tires on my trade in, so I could put them on my new vehicle. Had to nag them to get that done. Then when I get the tires home after they finally dismounted them, turns out they damaged 1 tire and now it won't hold air. They deny deny deny, tell me they didn't damage them and I'm dumb, blah blah blah. Even got yelled at by Mike Klassen over the phone. That guy is an jerk, needs to learn some respect. An absolute Gong show Will never buy from there again. Bought our first vehicle there in 2012 and it was the same xxxx xx. Our sales guy was fantastic, Ben was great. It's too bad he's commited to this terrible establishment. Also Jen Roy in finance was great, the only person there that actually got stuff done. More
