Staff at Capital worked hard to fine the exact truck. The staff at Capital because of the model of truck, with options that I wanted had to search hard to find the exact truck that I wanted. Took a bit of time but we were willing to wait to see if they could find it. After a couple of hours they came up with a truck that had everything and more that I wanted. Everyone from the sales person, the finance person and the sales manager worked together to make this deal work. Recieved the truck when they said so no extra waiting as we are from out of town and they respected that and produced the truck in the timeframe they said. Second vehicle I have bought there and will continue to go to Capital for service and any future vehicles I would need to purchase. Easy to work with, worked with us to get the truck we wanted. They are professional and listen to what you are asking for and hour the extra mile to provide you with the vehicle you want. You need to check this dealer out as they will work hard for your business and find you the vehicle you want at the right price. More

Expecting a great experience, but.... I had previously purchased a vehicle from Capital and it was a great experience. So I expected the same when we went to purchase 2 vehicles at the sam I had previously purchased a vehicle from Capital and it was a great experience. So I expected the same when we went to purchase 2 vehicles at the same time. A truck and a suv... not a cheap purchase and we had some specific requirements. Timelines were not explained, we were called in for paperwork and waited after being told that everything was done and you just need to sign.... We were there 3 times. AND we are STILL WAITING. They came to our house to sign a document (which was fantastic) but then we had to drive to the dealership half an hour later to pick up a vehicle -- Why didn't they deliver it at the same time as the paperwork? There seems to be so much confusion about paperwork and financing, and nothing was explained. I even emailed the sales manager and haven't received a response. we gave a negative review when we were called and nothing happened. We STILL are waiting to get the truck cleaned and gased up.... never mind the steps/running boards that were included in the purchase.... we started this process on Saturday and it is now Thursday.... I regret my purchase from this dealership. I am so happy with my Jeep Renegade, just not the process and lack of communication. It feels like they pretend to care but as soon as there is an issue, nobody responds or lets you know what is going on. More
