I even gave them the heads up on the following Monday that I wasn't interested in buying the truck anymore and then the text messages phone calls telling me that they worked their butts off to get me a deal i waited till 8pm on that Saturday and still nobody knew anything. so i gave them the heads up on Thursday that ill be in on this Saturday morning to pick up my deposit. show up this morning talked to the sales manager and still waited half an hour for him to come back and tell me I have to come back on Monday to pick up my deposit. good job capital lol what a joke! More

As part of my budget I have been involved with buying loads of vehicles from a local dodge dealership but did not want to go to the same dealership to purchase my personal vehicle due to ethical reasons. I thus went to Capital Chrysler jeep as a walk in customer. Was shopping for a jeep grand cherokee vehicle for myself. Saw an add on the capital chrysler jeep website advertizing over thirty used 2015 jeeps grand cherokee's for around $31K + canadian. Visited the capital dealership recently. Showed the salesman the details of the 3 jeep grand cherokees I was interested in as advertised on their web site. He took my details, made me fill out and sign the paperwork including my sin# and after which asked if II was going to buy "today" or just test drive! Sales person asked if I was buying with a trade in or without a trade in vehicle. I answered am serious and have a trade in vehicle - was planning to buy today if the car and pricing was right on the trade in or without the trade in. Sales person then went on to take the paperwork to his manager. 20 mins later he returned to inform me none of the vehicles advertised were available for sale. He showed me another JGC for $31445 - for slighly higher mileage and with huge stickers all over it for pricing of $31445. I test drove it and found it hand questionable road holding...or mechanical soundness and was not happy. After the test drive and conferring with his manager the sales person came back to inform me the vehicle i test drove was suddenly NOT for sale- as it was wrongly priced - it was actually for 34K instead!! He suggested an alternative...brought another JGC vehicle with much higher mileage but they would give me a smoking deal for the vehicle. I declined...to test drive it , listen to their smoking deal...or to further pursue purchasing a vehicle from them. I certainly recognise a con when I come across one!! The sales manager came to talk to me after i made my feelings known. I told the manager they were taking me for a ride and I wouldnt be buying from them and left. To put things in perspective - clearly the dealership was trying to sell me their cheapest vehicle for their highest price to offset my trade in price! Simple...but I caught onto their act! I will never recommend this dealership to my friends or deal with them on a professional level. More

They will not accommodate in any way. Once your name is signed and the deal is done they won't do anything for you. I can't believe the service I have been receiving from here since I bought my vehicle last year. Do not buy a vehicle here if you are looking for good service or any service at all. They will not cover you for anything and they do not care about your time. More

Shopping around is important to me and my wife, getting a straight answer to the vehicles history and getting a fair deal is paramount. Jade was able to deliver on all points without the pressure and other tactics that sometimes enter the deal. All the Capital staff were friendly and understanding of our restless 2yr old... let us make an informed decision at our own timetable. More

I am adding to this review, again no customer service, we bought the gold plus warranty, while looking at it realized some things on it were incorrect, like mileage and tire size, cannot get any help to fix it, no one answers by phone or email they are rude and stupid, can't even get the papér work right, bad dealership do not go there to buy a car More
Relatable, amazing customer service! I went with the same expectation that I have always had. That I was not going to be happy when I left. However, I did leave very happy, and was treated with utmost respect and kindness from the time we entered the dealership, and for the entire 3 hours I made the poor salesman work for my business. Everyone in the dealership was happy to be there and there was a fun atmosphere taking place on this particular Saturday. I was never once made to feel like an 'idiot' for the negative equity in my trade-in, that is something I had previously experienced at other dealerships, which had left a very sour taste in my mouth. I also expressed how I felt about finance people, and their changing attitudes when you don't buy their wares. I was really happy with how polite and nice the finance girl at Capital was, even after I declined most of her products. Our 4 yr old son cruised the dealership for several hours while we "wheeled and dealed" he was high fived and teased by multiple staff members. They included him in popcorn making, spoiled him with little trinkets and treats and he never had a dull moment the whole time we were there, making it easier for us to go about our business. More

When we arrived to pick up our truck Alex and his daughter Jade were the most courteous,helpful and professional people we could ask for. They not only did everything we could ask for in informing and instructing us in all the features of our truck and we had a lot of fun learning about all the new technology that the new ones come with as our last new purchase was in 2007. I would not hesitate to refer Alex and Jade as your sales Representative as they seem as if they are truly genuine people which is hard to come by nowadays. Keith and Lorna Stolz. I had one issue with Capital staff in the past, but I let it go, kept Capital as my dealership. We sent in my jeep for replacing the front drive shaft due to loose bolts 8Am on Sept 8th. The jeep is used for work, we need it ASAP. The staff said they will be on top of it, notify us with any updates. But we had to call them everyday to follow up. Parts came in Wed, but they said they were busy, couldn't get it done until Thursday. I had to call in late Thursday to request the service asap. The tech refused to work late on Thursday (one hour work). At the end, I picked it up at 9AM on Friday (Sept 11). A VIP, loyal customer should not be treated like this. After I picked it up on Friday, I found one door couldn't be opened, power window was not working (jeep window regulator went), I notified them right away and drove it to Capital at 3PM Friday. They said they were busy, could't fix it until the following Tuesday. They taped the window up, but we had not remove all the equipment inside due to safety. Very inconvenient. I called Capital service manager on Monday (Sept 14) to explain that window was working perfectly before we dropped it off. It broke while it's at Capital's property. Capital should be responsible for fixing it. One manager get a bit excited. I had to talk with another manager. Both managers claimed Capital didn't break it, didn't offer anything except 15% of service discount VIP member always receive. After talking with Capital regarding this matter, I didn't feel I was treated as VIP/loyal customer regardless how much business I gave to Capital. Nobody showed me they cared how we felt.
