Awesome service from Basem El-Hayek at this location!!! We were evacuated from the Fort Mcmurray area due to a massive wildfire. We are not permitted to go home and are staying in Edmonton. During the evacuation our vehicles A/C was not functioning properly and seemed to lose its ability to cool the vehicle. We also needed the cabin air filter replaced due to smoke and ash particulates. The dealership provided us with rides from and to the shop when needed and recharged the A/C system. They also switched the cabin air filter. Upon picking the vehicle up Basem informed us that due to our situation of being evacuated from our home and city, they would cover the total cost of the A/C recharge and we would only need to pay for the air filter. Outstanding service and nice to see a dealership looking out for fellow Albertans/Canadians in a difficult time. THANKS BASEM AND CAPITAL CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE RAM!!!! More

Got exactly what I wanted I walked into the dealership after shopping on their website (along with many others) for about 2 weeks after having my first car since i was 16 writt I walked into the dealership after shopping on their website (along with many others) for about 2 weeks after having my first car since i was 16 written off. Jafar was sensitive towards my situation since this was the first time I'd ever bought from a dealership. I knew the year, make, model and color I wanted. Jafar led me right to it, and let me take it on a good test drive. I wasnt exactly a hard sale but my expectations were still exceeded when he told me he had it gassed up and ready for me to take home when I was done in financing. Alex in financing was wonderful and friendly, she made the experience that much better. I went home with a huge smile on my face because of Jafar and Alex! And to this day I'm still extremely happy with my decision; there was no pressure and no guilt-trips. More

After a little discussion with my sales man Linden Frig, we figured out I was not looking for a used jeep but a new one. Im a hard sale, this jeep is my 15th vehicle that i have purchased since i was 16, ;Linden had his work cut out for him. After finding me 9 different jeeps between the local lot, and their excess lot a few KM's down the road, we started to talk money. I was more then satisfied with the price i paid. Not only that the price was fair, but that they took the time 11 other dealerships around Edmonton didn't take the week prior when i was there test driving. I appreciated the straight forwardness that Mike Himer offered, and way that they were willing to put up with my us at the store completing the sale till 11pm on a Friday Night.
