We did just that and we ended up purchasing a new vehicle. My only negative experience was the extremely long wait we encountered when we arrived a few days later with a money order to pay for the new vehicle. Jonathon went out of his way to make it right but it was not in his control. Many thanks to him for trying. More

I never felt any pressure and he was very forthcoming with all the pertinent information. I wiould highly recommend him to anyone I know. My financial dealings with Mary were also extraordinary, she handled the exchange very professionally and dealt with any questions I had in a friendly, courteous manner. Purchasing a Used Vehicle We were looking for a used Hyundai Santa Fe and saw on at Cambridge Hyundai and liked what we saw on the internet. We drive from London to Cambridge We were looking for a used Hyundai Santa Fe and saw on at Cambridge Hyundai and liked what we saw on the internet. We drive from London to Cambridge to see this vehicle and were met by Alice who greeted us with a huge smile and handshake and asked us how she could help us. We told her what we had come to look at and she took us to the car and showed us the different features and let us take it for a test drive. Upon our return we decided that we would like to see if a purchase could be worked out. Within a very short time a satisfactory deal was presented to us and we decided to move forward with the purchase. We then talk to Paul and did the necessary paperwork and he told us about the extended warranty that we could purchase. We never felt pressured and our experience was really good. Everyone who came by us spoke and was very friendly. When we went to pick up the vehicle everything was done and waiting for us. A few day later both Alice and Paul called us to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. We couldn't be happier with our experience at Cambridge Hyundai. More

When I first saw this vehicle in the parking lot, it was not very clean, but when I arrived for my test drive, there it was all bright, shiny and squeaky clean. I wondered if this would happen. That said a lot to me when I arrived and it was all ready for me to take out. Gerry had made sure of that. Gerry was very friendly and easy to talk to and answered any questions that I had about the vehicle. When I decided to buy the car, everything went very smoothly and I was amazed how easy it was. Everyone at this dealership that I encountered was great. My car was detailed and looked brand new when I came to pick it up. I was very happy! Thanks very much Gerry and Cambridge Hyundai! Everyone we met had a warm welcoming smile, and were interested in our needs. Paul was very helpful arranging our financing, and scheduling delivery of our new Santa Fe. Kylee helped us work out a great price, and was exceptionally thorough in demonstrating the workings of the vehicle when we took ownership. I am a very thorough person, and when it came time to replace our 13 year old mini-van, shopping for a new vehicle was a lot of work that required hours of research. I hope this review helps you with your next vehicle purchase. Hyundai offers excellent value and I visited 4 Hyundai dealerships in this area (not to mention several other companies such as Toyota, Honda, GM, etc.) and my Cambridge Hyundai experience was by far the greatest. This dealership focuses on what is important to the consumer, they really take the time to ensure they are helping you find the right vehicle for you. Mark Erwin, Dealer Principal, has done a great job leading his crew and I was impressed with him making himself visible and available to the customers to ensure his dealership is up to his standards. Jonathon Gaal, sales consultant, was very attentive and knowledgeable. I asked a lot of questions (I'm really thorough remember), so any answers he didn't have, he promptly got me the information I needed. Mary and Paul in finance were professional and patient and made the unpleasant task of parting with our money as easy and painless as possible. All paperwork and vehicles were ready when they said they would be, in clean, perfect condition with all extras asked for such as liners and things. Kylee Erwin is so welcoming and was there to console me when it was time to part with our old vehicle. Even when change is good, it is not always easy. I also took the time to interview Ryan Van Schaik, Service Manager, to ensure that after purchase this is a dealership I would be comfortable working with. Ryan took the time to answer all my questions, explain the warranty to me and what I can expect in the way of service at this dealership. It was obvious that everyone was busy and working hard, but Ryan still made time for me and let me know that he would be available any time for questions or concerns. To add to my story, our 2000 Volkswagen that we thought had more life, had the head gasket go and we were back again within a week of receiving our new Santa Fe Sport Limited, which we LOVE! So again we received the same excellent customer service and purchased an Accent. Just 26 hours after receiving our new Accent, our dog got sprayed by a skunk and yes, accidentally jumped into the new Accent. (It's a long story) What a horrible smell! First thing the next morning I called and spoke with Ryan and he said bring it right in. The first day they didn't have much success and I was worried, but Ryan spoke with me and I could tell he was determined to find a way to fix this. I prayed a lot that night! We picked up the car the end of the next day and it did smell strong of cleaner, but no more skunk smell. It was a miracle! I do miss the new car smell, but life happens and I know Juan and Ryan and Chris and all the people in service went above and beyond to resolve the problem. I feel sorry for the guys that had to work with that horrible smell! Thanks for making it go away. This dealership really will "Do What It Takes" !! I highly recommend the Cambridge Hyundai Dealership, you won't be disappointed. More
