Warranty Repair I have gone to Cambridge Hyundai many times for oil changes since I purchased my car from them and always get awesome customer service! They are great to deal with, so friendly, patient and helpful! Yesterday I brought my car in for a warranty repair and my service adviser was Marcus, who is a great guy, helpful and very great to deal with. Also yesterday Ryan took the time to test drive my car with me to find out why it was still rattling. I really appreciated his patience since my car was being stubborn and not making the rattling sound until near the end of the drive. I have dealt with Ryan many times before and he's always so great to deal with! He's always been very patient with me with my many questions and I feel like I can go to him if I have concerns or questions about my car. I'm just so glad I chose Cambridge Hyundai when I bought my car because they have been so great to deal with! I know I will continue going there and will recommend them to my family and friends! :D Thank you! :D Update (Oct 2, 2014): I did have to go back for the rattling (last week) but they have now fixed it! I can't thank them enough for fixing my car and figuring out what was causing the rattling sound. They reassured me that they would figure out what was causing the problem (the car would not rattle for them at first!) and I knew they would. I had dealt with Chris many times during this issue and he was very patient and just great to deal with. I would like to send a BIG THANK YOU to Ryan, Chris, Marcus, Jack (technician who fixed the car!!) and Tracy who made me laugh when I was pretty stressed! :) Cambridge Hyundai has an awesome team! They will do what it takes to make a customer satisfied and happy! :D More

So it was never a doubt I would want another hyundai, I chose Cambridge hyundai because of how well I was treated in 2007, and that same service has only gotten better. My salesman answered all my questions, and was very courteous. I never felt rushed or pressured. Finance manager paul walia treated me very good. The day I picked up my new santa fe was a great day, I was there for almost 3 hours, in a good way. Both paul and John took there time explaining everything I needed to know. My salesman John spent a lot of time going over everything about my new car, including almost 1/2 an hr inside the car helping me setup the extensive navigation system. John Gaal was the sa On Thursday July 10, I picked up my new 2013 Hyundai Veloster. I was so excited to be driving a new car - my FIRST ever new car! John Gaal was the salesman who helped me, and Paul Walia completed the financing part of the deal. My experiance with both of these men was extremely pleasant and I would reccomend their service to anyone looking to buy a new car. John was exceedingly helpful and courteous during the entire process, as was Paul. The time dragged at work on Thursday, and 5 o'clock couldn't come fast enough! As I drove off the lot I was like a little child with a new toy...I couldn't wait to show my new car to my family! Having searched the Internet for reviews, pricing and warranties I was drawn to Cambridge Hyundai. Walking into Hyundai I was not swarmed with reps wanting to make the sales pitch but was greeted with genuine smiles. As I was looking around, Alice Marian greeted me. Her bubbling personality and professionalism was certainly a refreshing experience. Alice truly cared about the car I wanted to buy not just the sale. Her knowledge of each and every car I had inquired about was actually very impressive. I was not pressured and had all my questions answered in full plus more. It was a very good learning session for me. Cambridge Hyundai will certainly be a hard act to follow not only for the warranties, quality and affordability but also for their outstanding sales Reps. Love my new car! Kylee was an amazing rep and as a nervous new car buyer she made the transaction so easy! I had been car shopping at a few places and while friendly enough, you can tell when a rep is just out for the sale. Kylee definitely went above and beyond. I felt and still feel, that I was dealing with a friend. I liked that there was no pressure. Kylee believed in the product she was promoting and I think it's important to build a trust with a company that you are investing in. I wish her all the luck as she starts her own new adventure (becoming a new mom) and hope to do business with her and Cambridge Hyundai again. More
