Had an oil change this past Saturday and Chris was just so amazing, friendly and professional!! we had won a free oil change and were not aware as it was on file and not yet mailed to us..chris mentioned it to us so that we would not lose it before expiry. Which service manager does that!!!!!?? koodos! great lounge to wait in as we have a kid..lots of toys for him and the starbucks coffee!! MMMMM!! and let's not forget the popcorn! my family and I will pay more for service like this (rather than going to a $19.99 oil change place) love Cambridge Hyundai! More

Not a good experience! We owned a 2006 Sonota and we were ready to replace it with a new Hyundai. We went to the Cambridge dealership as we purchased the Sonota from their We owned a 2006 Sonota and we were ready to replace it with a new Hyundai. We went to the Cambridge dealership as we purchased the Sonota from their dealership on Hespeler Rd 11 years earlier. Long story short we sat first with the salesman and explained what we wanted & didn't want. We only wanted a remote starter and they were going to include that in. We then were ushered over to Paul the finance manager. He was friendly and did his sales pitch of extended warranty, nitrogen air, etc. We declined the extra's. He had us sign numerous papers and said he'd fill them out later. Mistake! We left and proudly informed our neighbours of our purchase. My neighbour asked us about the final cost and I said we didn't have the invoice. He said we should have been given it. I also went online to review the color we picked and noticed a rebate of $750.00 which was never mentioned to us. So I went back the next day to the dealership and asked for a copy. When I received it I reviewed it and noticed there was no rebate but extra costs as mud flaps/wheel locs at an extra cost $369.00 and tire & rim hazard $298.00. I contacted OMVIC (Ontario Motor Vehicle Investigation Council) They were concerned an invoice was filled out later and items added. When I mentioned this to Paul he said we could get out of the contract. I know contracts are binding but I also knew they had fudged the numbers. We immediately cancelled our contract as advised by OMVIC. We then went to the Kitchener Hyundai dealership and told them of our experience at the Cambridge dealership and that we didn't want these extra warranties, locs, mudflaps and wanted to know the final price. Kitchener was fantastic! They gave us a better price for a better model without extra hidden fees. More

He had patience and experience that we needed in purchasing our new car. He provided options, was fantastic at answering questions and concerns from both myself and my spouse about the particular car and the differences between Hyundai and other vehicle makers. This was very helpful when you are not quite sure of best options for the money you are spending. I have purchased new cars previously and have never had the positive experience from a sales person before. Thank you Gerry. Of course no deal is complete without the financial people. I have to say Kaylee Erwin-Wheeler was not only professional and quick about things, she was very warm and friendly. She completely understood our needs and wants and went above and beyond to assist us with this experience. It began one evening as I browed their inventory on the Internet. A pop-up enquired if I needed any help. I told the young woman (Carly?) what I was looking for and we had a nice chat. Later that evening, I got an email from sales manager Todd Silver who said he was calling from home and hoped he could be of service if I visited the dealership. The next day, I received another email, this one from salesman Andy Leandres introducing himself and offering his assistance. I asked for technical details on the 2017 Tucson and a four-page email soon arrived. A couple of days later, I was impressed with Todd and Andy's friendly welcome and Andy's desire for a mutually satisfactory deal. The vehicle's price was highly competitive and I received an offer for my trade-in that exceeded those made at two other dealerships selling similar but different brands. In all, my wife and I were pleasantly surprised by the whole experience, from that first Internet chat to our forming a friendship with Andy, and then finalizing the deal with the charming Paul Walia. As we drove away in a spotless, loaded SUV, we asked ourselves: who knew -- buying a car actually can be enjoyable! More

My sales person Jon was amazing he went over the various models of SUV they had, making sure I was within my budget while getting value for my money. Kylee took care of the financial aspect of things she sat down with us and made sure my selection was affordable she went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the best rates possible. At the end of our purchase the manager came out and thanked us for our business. I am very big on customer service therefore it's a great feeling to know that our business is appreciated. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car. More
